Das Appartement hat eine super Lage, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die ganze Anlage sowie auch das Appartment sind sehr gepflegt. Yves ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sehr schnell antwortet und bei Fragen/Anliegen immer ansprechbar ist.

Wunderbare Anlage und sehr schönes Apartment. Ruhig gelegen, gepflegt. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Schöner Pool und frisch sanierter Tennisplatz. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Concierge in der Anlage. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Ein rundum toller Rahmen für einen schönen Familienurlaub!

Schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben im September 2017 drei Wochen in der schönen Unterkunft zwischen La Croix Valmer und Cavalaire-sur-Mer verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnanlage am Ende der kurzen, mit Palmen bepflanzten, Zufahrtsstraße ist fernab von der stark befahrenen Küstenstraße. Jedoch noch so nah am Strand, dass man die Strecke in 5min erlaufen kann und sollte mal wieder der Wind keinen Strandbesuch möglich machen, kann man auch die Sonne auf der geschützen Veranda genießen. Ansonsten war das Appartment mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen bzw. Wäsche waschen benötigt. Auch bei Problemen ist der Vermieter oder der Hausmeister immer ansprechbar gewesen und es wurde schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem Appartment, dass absolut zum Preis passt. Super!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Residenz

Wie schon aus den vorausgegangenen Kommentaren zu entnehmen, ist die Ferienwohnung sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Sie befindet sich in einem Gebäude der Residenz Pardigon. Die sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage ist über einen gesicherten Zugang zu erreichen und wunderschön begrünt. Neben Tennisplatz und Swimmingpool findet man auch eine Boulebahn sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist ebenso die kurze Distanz zum Strand. Fazit: Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Très agréable

Appartement très agréable et très bien aménagé avec une belle terrasse. La résidence magnifiquement entretenue est idéalement placée, proche de la mer et avec une belle piscine idéale pour les enfants. La région est par ailleurs magnifique avec de nombreuses possibilités de découvertes en toutes saisons. A recommander !

Nous avons passé, mon mari, notre fille et moi une semaine très agréable à Cavalaire ; l'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et la localisation est idéale pour découvrir cette jolie région. Les plages sont à quelques minutes à pied, le cadre est très reposant, bref tous les ingrédients pour passer une semaine de vacances idéale !

"Nous avions choisi la semaine de Noël afin de s''évader quelques jours dans le beau département du Var, dans un appartement à Cavalaire sur Mer situé au coeur d''un site protégé, un véritable écrin de verdure. Notre logement très bien conçu, spacieux, clair et très bien entretenu, proche de toutes commodités était parfait et très agréable et idéal pour un magnifique séjour en amoureux. Au niveau des équipements, rien de manquait, tout était parfaitement conforme à la description et à la présentation du site. Nous avons fait de longues ballades sur la splendide plage du Pardigon et le propriétaire bien que loin d''ici fut très proche de nous. Je recommande sans problème et très volontiers ce bel appartement."

Appartamento in residence inserito in un ampio e curatissimo parco a pochi chilometri da Cavalaire. Recentemente rinnovato, confortevole, attrezzatissimo e molto pulito, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Pardigon. Il residence dispone anche di una bella piscina e di un campo da tennis. Ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. Da consigliare.
