Herrlicher Urlaub in tollem Haus. Der große, sehr gepflegte und liebevoll gestaltete Aussenbereich lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Der sehr saubere Pool sorgt fĂŒr herrliche AbkĂŒhlung. Sehr praktisch sind die stabilen, fest installierten Sonnenschirme. Ausreichend tolle Liegen vorhanden. Das Haus (bzw. die Wohnung im Untergeschoss) ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das WLAN-Signal ist nicht immer und ĂŒberall verfĂŒgbar. Der Router befindet sich wohl im verschlossenen oberen Bereich. Dennoch ok.Direkt in der NĂ€he ist ein herrlicher Pinienwald, der sich wunderbar zum Gassigehen mit dem Hund eignet.Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Gastgeberin sowie zu den Betreuern vor Ort.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und waren super zufrieden!

Falsche Angaben

Schade das der Kunde mit Falschen Angaben zum Haus gelockt wird ! Laut Inserat bucht man ein Ganzes Haus, bekommen hat man eine Einliegerwohnung. Der Obere Teil des Hauses wird nicht Vermietet ist wohl dem Besitzer vorbehalten. Des weiteren stimmen die Angaben zur GrĂ¶ĂŸe der Wohnung nicht, 100 qm sind angegeben es sind lediglich 58 qm wir haben nachgemessen.Leider stimmte auch nicht alles bei der Ausstattung des Hauses : es fehlte Wasserkocher und Badewanne, WĂ€schetrockner (es war ein WĂ€sche StĂ€nder vorhanden).Geschirr ( Teller, GlĂ€ser ) fĂŒr 6 Personen reicht gerade fĂŒr eine Mahlzeit danach muss man SpĂŒlen. Das einzig gute daran war die große Außenanlage mit dem sehr gepflegten Pool.

Heel fijn huis wat aan de kleine kant maar voor 3 personen prima je leeft vooral buiten in de geweldige tuin ook heel fijn voor de hond dichtbij het bos

Traumhaft schön

Das Haus war genau so schön wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Alles ist sehr landestypisch eingerichtet und trotzdem modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Garten ist pflegeleicht aber wunderbar angelegt, dazu ein herrlicher Poolbereich. Das kristallklare Meer und ein schöner Strand, blauer Himmel und warmes Wetter ließen uns einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen. Die Villa ist zudem ruhig gelegen und bietet so gut wie keinem Nachbarn Einblicke auf das GrundstĂŒck. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und danken der Familie Lagache und Fanny und Bruno vor Ort fĂŒr diese wunderschöne Location!

Belle résidence au calme

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour , tout y est pour y passé de moments, de detente et promenade. La location se situe dans lieu au calme et avec une belle vue sur la ville et les Pyrénées. On remercie Fanny et Bruno pour leur accueil, conseils et explications sur la région. On y reviendra certainement.

Superbe villa, trÚs bien située

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La villa est bien équipée, grande piscine bien entretenue et sa situation est parfaite. A deux pas de la pinéde qui mÚne à la plage Montgo par un petit sentier. De plus l'accueil trés sympathique et chaleureux de Fanny et Bruno a participé à cette note. Ils ont été au top.

ANNONCE FALLACIEUSE, TRES DECUS !

Suite Ă  notre rĂ©clamation l'annonce a Ă©tĂ© modifiĂ©e mais lorsque nous avons souscrit sur Abritel il Ă©tait indiquĂ©, photos Ă  l'appui, qu'il s'agissait d'une villa de 100m2 (et non d'un Rez-de-ChaussĂ©e de villa). Cette location fait 60m2 tout au plus et mĂȘme en comptant la terrasse, on est loin du compte ! Nous sommes arrivĂ©s le 8 avril pour 10 jours, il faisait 17° dans l'appartement et 15° dans les chambres et mĂȘme les adorables personnes, Fanny et Bruno qui gĂšrent cette location sur place, n'ont pu que nous apporter un petit radiateur Ă  roulettes, donc, pas de chauffage pendant toute la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour ! Je vous passe les photos du jardin qui ne correspondaient pas (beau barbecue en dur enlevĂ© et remplacĂ© par un mini Ă  roulettes, terrain en herbe remplacĂ©e par de l'herbe synthĂ©tique avec un chien c'est pas terrible !). Un grand merci Ă  Fanny et Bruno pour leur accueil et le mal qu'ils se sont donnĂ©s pour essayer d'arranger la situation. Quant au propriĂ©taire, nous sommes en attente de nouvelles suite Ă  notre rĂ©clamation
 ATTENTION : l'annonce indique toujours 100m2 et ne vous prĂ©cise pas qu'au delĂ  de 100KWh/semaine vous serez surfacturĂ©s !

Der schönste Urlaub

Ein wunderbares Anwesen, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Kontakte mit dem Vermieter sowie mit dem Verwalter vor Ort (GrĂŒĂŸe an Omar und seinen Neffen :-)) Die Bilder mĂŒssten mal aktualisiert werden, ebenso die Adresse des Objektes. Wir haben die 2 Wochen hier außerordentlich genossen, genauso wie unsere beiden Hunde. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönsten Urlaub :-)

Wunderschöne Lage und super sauber

Wir kamen an und konnten nach leichten Schwierigkeiten in Bezug auf die Sprache den zustĂ€ndigen Verwalter erreichen. Spanisch oder Französisch sollte man schon in Teilen beherrschen, da auch die Anwohner teils Spanier sind. Englisch wurd nur selten gesprochen. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool wird regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt und alle GerĂ€te funktionierten einwandfrei. EinkĂ€ufe kann man zwar zu Fuß erledigen, aber nur in kleinem Umfang. Ein Auto ist schon sinnvoll. Das TV war nur auf französisch, was im Urlaub weniger stört. Der Weg zum Meer dauert zu Fuss ca. 20 Min., aber das ist ok, weil die Umgebung der Knaller ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
