Currently living in Managua with my family of 5, we try to go to San Juan del Sur almost every weekend to spend time with the family, enjoy the sun and sand, relax and surf.

Why they chose this property

This property belongs to my parents, my sister and I. We are so glad to own this unique gem and to enjoy it as much as possible.

What makes this property unique

We immediately fell in love with this condo. The view from the condo terrace is incomparable. You can literally hear the sound of the waves from every room in the condo. The condo itself has nice finishes. The hill on the north side protects it from the afternoon sun so that it is very comfortable to sit down and relax. It is also nice to just take the elevator and get direct beach access. The pool and Club House are nice too.
