Excellent location; the house is located in the village of La Tranche sur Mer in a very quiet street; the beach is 5 minutes walk, shops 50 meters and the market. Enjoy the south facing terrace with a view of the bell tower. Bed linen is provided and 2 bicycles are available. Electric heating and wood stove for the pre-season (wood provided).

Das Haus ist sehr schön und toll gelegen. Zum Strand läuft man ca 7 Minuten. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Auf der Terasse fehlt ein beweglicher Sonnenschirm, aber eine Markise hilft etwas für die Mittagszeit.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine funktioniert gut. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist mit 1,80 ausreichend groß und auch im Kinderzimmer ist Platz und eine Tür zur Gasse nach draußen. Es stehen zwei Fahrräder und ein Bodyboard zur Verfügung. Als wir da waren, war die Dusche im Bad kaputt, aber es gibt eine zweite Dusche in der "Garage" wo auch die Fahrräder etc stehen. Das war ok, aber natürlich nicht optimal. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Haus! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett :-)

Chouette logement hyper bien situé, dans une rue très calme. La maison est très propre, bien agencée et bien équipée. La terrasse est vraiment un plus ! La mer est à 5 minutes à pieds ainsi que les commerces de bouche, le marché et les restaurants. On fait tout à pied une fois la voiture garée dans le parking gratuit situé à 6/7 minutes à pied. Philippe et Nathalie sont très à l'écoute et encore merci pour avoir répondu avec rapidité et une grande gentillesse à un problème de dernière minute.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette maison de ville où l’on se sent rapidemment chez soi. Escaliers et terrasse sécurisés pour les enfants. Proche de tout: centre ville, marché, plage.. un confort de pouvoir se passer de voiture ! Le parking gratuit est à 10 min à pied, nous avons du tourner quelques fois mais avons toujours fini par trouver une place. Philippe et Nathalie sont accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super logement

Le logement est superbe et bien situé (proximité de la mer, du centre ville), les 2 vélos disponibles, les livres disponibles et tous les appareils électroménagers sont tops. J'ai découvert que le ménage était en plus à la fin du séjour. Seul bémol, pas de place de parking à proximité...

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans notre location ; nous nous efforçons d’équiper la maison au mieux. Comme indiqué dans l’annonce, le message est en option, ce qui permet aux locataires que le souhaitent de le réaliser par eux même pour limiter les frais. Bien que la maison soit située dans l’hyper-centre de La Tranche sur Mer, des parkings gratuits sont accessibles rue du Chaumeau, à 300m de la maison.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la Tranche-Sur-Mer. La maison est très bien placée et elle est très bien équipée également. Petit plus le poêle à bois. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Une belle semaine dans une jolie petite maison bien pratique, à 2 pas de tout : commerces, restaurants, bars, place du village et la grande plage centrale. Accueil parfait et convivial par le couple de propriétaires qui nous a donnés de bons conseils. Qques petits points à améliorer comme des ventilos dans les chambres (par canicule, ce serait utile) que nous avons évoqué ensemble. 2 vélos laissés à notre disposition dans le garage. Bref ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien et passé une excellente semaine.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse liegt in einer Nebenstraße und ist daher zentral, aber nicht übermäßig laut. Wir hatten persönlichen Kontakt mit den sehr netten Vermietern. Das einzige, aber nicht sehr große Problem, ist, dass die Gassen dort sehr eng sind und es am Haus keine Parkplätze gibt. In der Umgebung gibt es jedoch ausreichend kostenlose.
