We will be delighted to welcome you to St Raphaël Boulouris in our very pleasant 2-room apartment with swimming pool (Above ground). Modern and functional it consists of a main room, bright bedroom, green view, private terrace. Fully equipped (dishwasher and washing machine)
2/4 pers 40m² on the ground floor of a villa renovated in 2012.
Children's games, slide, swing ...
Greenery and calm, 500 m shops and center of Boulouris, 900 m beaches.
Close to station and bus, creps, Olympic swimming pool.
Many excursions nearby: Esterel Massif, Cannes, St Tropez, hinterland, Verdon gorges ...
Leisure: golf, diving, sailing, aqualand, Marineland ...
Access to an above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 5. 50m.
- One bedroom (11 m2): 140x190 bed, desk, storage.
- Living room (26m2): convertible sofa with fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.) .
- Shower room and WC, hair dryer.
- Tv TNT, internet.
Car park.
Double glazing.
Good bedding.
Non smoking apartment but the terrace is very pleasant.
Animals not accepted.
Possibility cot.
Close to station and bus, creps, Olympic swimming pool. Possibility night (2 nights minimum) off season contact us signing a contract on arrival

Appartement très fonctionnel, bonne position géo
Appartement très fonctionnel bénéficiant de tout le nécessaire (et même plus: machine à laver, lave vaisselle, machine café filtre + machine type Tassimo, four, micro-onde...) pour passer un agréable séjour. Pas mal de documentation sous la main pour visiter la région, propriétaires très discrets et accessibles au besoin.
Un coin jeux pour les enfants (balançoire + toboggan) est un plus. Piscine hors sol présente pour la période estivale.
Une gare est accessible à pieds (Boulouris, 10min env.) pour des départs fréquents vers Cannes, Nice... sans s'embêter avec sa voiture (très intéressant pour la haute saison!). Une navette maritime St Raphaël<->St Tropez permet une balade sympa tout en évitant les mythiques bouchons sur cette axe de circulation (bien qu'un peu cher... le prix du no-stress :-) ) .

Un havre de paix et de repos
Appartement trés agréable avec une décoration soigné, J’adore!
Le calme absolut dont j’avais besoin pour me reposer, en plus les petites criques à cotés sont un pur régal.
Je reviendrai!!!
