Excellent apartment, strictly new, with a fabulous view of the “Casa da Música” (House of Music) and surrounding area, with the sea on the horizon, facing west (beautiful sunset). This is a new building, with great finishes, located in a very nice and quiet place. You can find two metro stations at 500 meters and an autobus station in front of the apartment building. In a few minutes you can reach the Porto Historical Center. The airport it’s at 12 Km distance from the apartment. By metro it takes 22 minutes to the nearest apartment metro station that is “Casa da Música”. From the apartment you’ll have, on foot, easy access to cafés, bakery, supermarkets and other commercial establishments.

Un vrai plaisir de se poser le matin et le soir sur la terrasse avec un coucher de soleil fabuleux. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactive. Semaine parfaite. Merci pour le Porto et les fruits en arrivant.

Great Accomodations

We were welcomed by Sandra who took the time to show us the apartment and explain how everything works. The apartment has a large garage which is great for those who travel by car. The apartment is very large and very clean and would certainly be good for a longer term stay. Shopping is near. Sandra supplied a very useful and informative guide. We used one of the restaurant suggestions and were very pleased. Unfortunately due to the COVID19 issue we had to leave early and Sandra was very accommodative. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back next year to finish our trip.

Appartamento spazioso, rifornito di tutto il necessario e pulitissimo, 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Casa Da Musica. Accoglienza squisita da parte di Sandra che ci ha fatto trovare le specialità del suo Paese (Pastel de nata, Porto, ciliegie). Noi eravamo in quattro adulti in due camere da letto con due bagni completi (uno en suite) ma sarebbe perfetto anche per una o due persone in più in quanto c’è un divano letto in sala e un ulteriore wc nel corridoio. Zona tranquilla, supermercato Pingo Doce raggiungibile a piedi, buoni ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze, posto auto nel garage. Assolutamente da raccomandare.

A gorgeous apartment with many personal touches.

Our experience of the apartment was fantastic. It is beautiful, quiet, large and fully stocked. The extra touches of fresh fruit, pastries and beverages made it feel like home from the moment we arrived. Sandra and her lovely daughter met us on time and gave us many ideas for what to do in Porto. We highly recommend this apartment to all.

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Sandra, avec de gentilles attentions , des fruits, des pâtisseries, jus de fruits très appréciés des enfants (15, 13, et 10 ans). Sandra nous a renseignés sur les sites de Porto. L'appartement est parfait, bien équipé, très propre, bien situé, tout près des commerces, et du centre ville. Bus et métro sont à deux pas, cela a facilité nos déplacements. Cette semaine de vacances a été parfaite, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle ville de Porto et ses habitants chaleureux. Une merveilleuse adresse

Une merveilleuse adresse. Idéalement situé au calme et très proche de toutes commodités ainsi que bus et métro. L’appartement est tellement bien entretenu, tellement bien équipé que l’on se sent chez soi. Sandra a été extrêmement attentionnée à notre égard lors de l’accueil. Elle nous a fait partager sa passion pour sa ville, nous a conseillé sur les transports et visites. Parlant un excellent français, elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Présents offerts à l'arrivée (Porto, boissons fraîches, sucreries, fruits...). Appartement correspondant bien à la description, situé un peu loin du centre historique mais bien desservi par les transports en commun. Les indications fournies nous ont grandement facilité la visite de Porto et le petit plus : le retour en voiture jusqu'à l'aéroport.

Un accueil extraordinaire

Nous avons été accueilli par Sandra et Rui de façon exceptionnelle. Ils nous attendaient à la porte de l'édifice. Toutes sortes de gâteries dont du Porto, du vin, des pâtisseries.... Ils avaient même prévu un petit cadeau pour notre fils dont c'était l'anniversaire. L'appartement est tout près du métro et du marché d'alimentation. les proprietaires nousont donné de bons conseils pour la visite de porto, nous avons ete très bien accueillis avec des douceurs portugaises et un encas pour le repas du soir .Ce sont des proprietaires très gentils et au service de leur locataires. l'appartement est magnifique, très propre et jolimment décoré .Nous n'avons pas été déçus par rapport à l'annonce et nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette location à nos amis. Porto est une ville magnifique que nous avons adorée et le fait que nous soyons dans un appartement confortable, très agréable n'a fait qu'apporter un plus à notre séjour . Il faut faire la balade sur le Douro, visiter les caves de Porto et surtout le centre historique qui est magnifique. Merci à Sandra et à son beau-père pour leur gentillesse, leur gateries et leurs conseils pour que nous passions un agréable séjour et bravo pour leur appartement que je noterai 10 sur 10 merci à eux.

Apartamento recomendável para quem vier ao Porto

Éramos 5 pessoas amigas - 1 casal de portugueses e 3 polacos. Admirámos a forma simpática como fomos recebidos pela Sandra e pelo Rui e o conforto que a habitação nos proporcionou. Era mais que uma casa de aluguer, era realmente um lar. Lindamente decorada, limpíssima e toda apetrechada para quem quer desfrutar uns bons dias no Porto. Inesquecível e totalmente recomendável. La bonne adresse pour vous loger à Porto !

Appartement neuf, très bien équipé, dans un environnement calme. Des pièces claires orientées sud, l'idéal pour les deux couples que nous étions. Très bien desservi par les bus et le métro: vous êtes au cœur de Porto en quelques minutes. Des hôtes très accueillants et de bon conseil (notamment culinaires). Nous avons passé un séjour... delicioso.

Nuestra estancia fue breve,solo cuatro noches, pero el alojamiento nos sorprendió mucho desde que llegamos.Lo primero la amplitud de la casa,la limpieza,la ubicación, todo perfecto. Luego la amabilidad y generosidad de Sandra y Lidia, nos obsequiaron con una bandeja de pasteles, otra de fritos, fruta variada, agua y vino !!!!Que mas se puede pedir!!!!. Ibamos a salir a cenar fuera, pero con todo lo que nos tenían preparado, no hizo falta. La casa nueva completamente, camas confortables, y todo tipo de utensilios, no nos faltó de nada. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos sin dudarlo a vuestra casa y la recomendaremos a todos nuestros amigos y familiares. Mar y familia.
