Villa Cheti, cottages with swimming-pool in deep Monferrato green hills.

A holiday in the countryside between the Langhe and Monferrato, in an independent self-catering cottage, the Calendula of 80 m², located in a park of gardens, orchards, vineyards and oaks.
There is a private drive to the cottage and you can unload your car easily (free parking). The accommodation is one level floor with outdoor patio to enjoy your summer meals.
In the park you can enjoy the private pool with telescopic cover for the cooler months and throughout the property you have free WI-FI.
Pets are welcome and accepted prior arrangement.
The Calendula cottage has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and in the large living-room a very comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed. It is elegantly furnished and with all the comforts: bright and well equipped kitchen; the bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer, washing machine..
We produce fresh and natural products that you can taste throughout the year in complete relaxation in a family-friendly environmental context.
Ideal for enjoying a fitness SPA in Acqui Terme or for shopping in major fashion stores or enjoy the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, Portofino, or a relaxing time by the pool after a day of trekking or of shopping.

Lovely house, garden and surroundings

We really enjoyed our short stay with Alessandra. The garden and surrounds are particularly nice, with abundant herbs, fruits and vines growing. Spectacular views of the mountains, and our host was friendly, accommodating and welcoming.

Groen, rust, cultuur, culinair en warme mensen

Aangekomen op de groene heuvel van het domein Villa Cheti, worden we verrast door de mooie sfeervolle gerestaureerde vakantiewoning.(eigenhandig door Carlo!) De rust die er heerst is bij ons onmiddellijk aangeslagen, een instant "La Dolce Vita" gevoel. Je kan je er laten verwennen door hun Biologische lekkernijnen, er zelf mee aan de slag gaan, of er gewoon gaan tussen wandelen. Je zit op een ruim domein, met goed zwembad, op 1km wandelen van een typisch Italiaans dorp(je) waar je de ganse dag op de terras van de plaatselijke cafe kan zitten wegdromen. Local gaan eten doe je bij Regina, de plaatselijke shops hebben de charme die je alleen in Italië terug kan vinden en de middeleeuwse brug ligt goed verstopt achter het dorpje. Prachtige autoritten hebben we erop zitten om de steden en dorpjes in de omgeving te verkennen! Laat je niet misleiden, hier is een afstand van 50km echt wel een uur of ietsje meer rijden, maar je krijgt er herten, wilde roofvogels en prachtige uitzichten bij. Een Vespa tour in de buurt doen is een echte aanrader, de volgende keer huren we ook de fietsen. Piëmonte zelf mag de zomer vakantiegangers nog iets beter omarmen, een gesloten informatiepunt halverwege augustus in Alessandria is geen warm welkom in de streek. Kortom wil je genieten van groen, rust en toch de nodige portie cultureel erfgoed, gecombineerd met een mooi verblijf dat wordt uitgebaat door 2 prachtige warme Italiaanse mensen, vul je valies en rij naar Spigno Monferrato, Carlo en Alessandra zullen je met open armen ontvangen!

Wunderbar - mit winzigen Abstrichen

Wir mieteten beide Häuschen der Villa Cheti und machten Urlaub mit meinem Bruder aus den USA und seiner Familie. Ich liebte die Ruhe dieses Objektes sehr, da konnte man wirklich entspannen. Die Häuser waren sehr gepflegt und nett eingerichtet und der Pool war toll! Alessandra und Carlo waren tolle Gastgeber, nett und hilfreich. Für den begeisterten Hobbykoch war die Ausstattung der Küche vielleicht nicht ganz optimal - da haben wir uns selbst etwas besorgt. Am Pool könnten noch ein paar zusätzliche Liegen sein - unter Familie kann man es gut lösen, aber wenn in der anderen Wohneinheit fremde Leute sind, könnte es zu Probleme führen. Und zum Einkaufen muss man schon ein bisschen fahren - der Preis der herrlichen Ruhe. Alles in allem aber : superschön.

Séjour détente

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alessandra et Carlo. Leur gentillesse et leurs conseils nous ont accompagné tout au long du séjour. Le lieu est idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous avons profité pleinement de la piscine et des excellents fruits et légumes cultivés sur place par nos hôtes. L'appartement est très confortable et propre. Notre semaine a été parfaite !

Un havre de paix dans le Piémont

Nous sommes une petite famille de 4 personnes en recherche d'immersion en Italie. Carlo et Alessandra nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts dans leur ferme rénovée avec goût au panorama superbe. N'y aller que pour la recherche de calme et de sérénités . Laissez-vous conseiller par Alessandra , parfaitement francophone pour toutes les bonnes adresses du coin. Enfin la piscine , très agréable a pu nous amener la fraîcheur si recherchée ...nous avons découvert cette partie peu touristique du Piémont dans une italie encore intacte où le vin et la gastronomie sont présents, sans oublier les produits du jardins de nos hôtes! Super séjour pour les gens qui aiment et qui prennent le temps ...

Petit coin de paradis / Like Heaven

Nous étions 2 familles (avec 3 enfants de 10 - 8 - 3 ans) et avons occupé les 2 logements pendant 1 semaine We were 2 families with kids (10-8-3 years old) and spent 1 week in the 2 apartments. La description de l'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. The website description is fully aligned with the reality. LOGEMENTS: Les logements sont très propres, décorés avec goût, très bien équipés. les 2 logements sont bien indépendants dans le cas où il y a 2 familles qui ne se connaissent pas. The apartments are "extra" clean, well decorated and very well equiped. The 2 apartments are really independant (good point if you don't know other people) EXTERIEUR: Piscine extérieure super (présence adultes obligatoire avec enfants) / terrain pétanque agréable / cuisine extérieure avec four à pizza: top et bien équipée de jeux. The swimmingpool is great (but children has to be always with an adult) / the outside kitchen with a pizza oven is really pleasant and usefull and you could find games (for swimming pool, for outside, for inside) ACCUEIL: Parfait, très disponible, généreux, jolies attentions pour l'arrivée (petit dejeuner offert pour le 1er matin) Alessandra and her husband are very gentle, available at anytime. PRODUITS LOCAUX: un régal de pouvoir commander les légumes et herbes du potager, ainsi que quelques spécialités (sauce tomate, vin) It is a pleasure to enjoy all the vegetables and herbs of the garden! Cette location est assez isolée des centres d’intérêt du Piemont (Alba, Asti) ou de la Ligure (1h de la mer). Pour nous, c’était parfait car nous voulions déconnecter. C'est un endroit où il faut se laisser vivre, profiter du lieu. Voiture indispensable. Cela peut-être un Moins pour les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir tous les jours la région. La ville de Spigno est petite mais on y trouve l'essentiel (epicerie d'appoint, pain, boucherie, fromagerie). Les 2 restos sont vraiment très bien: bons sans chichi On recommande ce lieu surtout entre familles (pour occuper les 2 logements et être "comme chez soi"). Merci Alessandra & Carlo!!

un piccolo eden nascosto

volevamo un posto tranquillo come base per un giro in moto nel basso piemonte, la villa è deliziosa e tutta ristrutturata di recente, gli arredi interni denotano un gusto eccellente e fantasia..abbiamo adorato il recupero di panchine e mobilio vario.. garantendo comunque un atmosfera di comfort ed ambienti accoglienti, spaziosi e puliti. La vista sulla vigna e sull'orto, dove grazie ai nostri ospiti abbiamo raccolto fragole ancora adesso ,..semplicemente impagabile!! In un angolo discreto abbiamo notato una bella piscina di cui pero' non abbiamo usufruito a causa della temperatura, ci siamo pero' coccolati con un aperitivo con il vino prodotto dalla casa e gli ottimi e sfiziosi sott'olio mentre Carlo, il proprietario, gentilmente ci raccontava la biodiversità di tante erbe selvatiche e spontanee la cui cultura lui sta preservando. Preziosi pure i consigli di Alessandra sui paesini circostanti e da visitare. Confesso che dopo una tappa cosi rilassante ... rimettersi in moto per tornare in città è stato un dispiacere. Ma la fortuna assiste.. e Genova e Spigno non sono cosi distanti .. quindi torneremo.

Rust in de heuvels van Le Langhe

Drie weken lang een fantastisch verblijf in de heuvels (hoewel het weer niet altijd mee wilde). Fijn huisje met alle comfort, mooie omgeving, zwembad en wifi en de service van Carlo en Alessandra die er alles aan doen om het verblijf optimaal te maken. Torino en Genua, wandelingen en ritjes in de heuvels, kleine dorpjes ... Wat ons betreft, zeker een aanrader. Lekkere restaurants in Spigno Monferrato.

una bella scoperta!

un luogo dove tornerò sicuramente! la casa è immerva nel verde, il luogo ideale per rilassarsi. splendida la piscina al bordo della vigna con vista sulle colline. ottimi i prodotti coltivati dai proprietari Carlo e Alessandra che sono stati gentilissimi dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare i dintorni una zona con tantissime cosa da vedere...le terme di acqui, i borghi del monferrato, genova e poi.... non avevamo più tempo quindi alla prossima!
