Beautifully furnished condominium in the highly prized Creekside (formerly New Villagers) area at the heart of Sun Valley. Pleasant streams and walkways weave between the wood-clad structures of this quaint alpine-inspired village. Sun Valley recreational amenities are included.

The unit is well-appointed with modern furnishings and comfortably sleeps two couples in their own rooms, or another using the living room pull-out bed.

The Sun Valley New Villagers development was one of the earliest in the Sun Valley area and is conveniently located near the center of the original resort. It is beautifully planned with well-maintained native landscaping featuring mature trees, streams and cobblestone walkways. Unit 1303 is perfectly located in the development, with a view of a small pond immediately in front and the sound of running water. All the units have been extensive renovated with new doors, windows, siding, railings and chimneys.

Close proximity to multiple amenities, including world-famous nordic and alpine skiing, tennis courts, amazing fishing holes, swimming pools, hiking trails, shopping, dining, and other activities.

Great property, clean, recently renovated, kitchen is very well appointed and has anything you would need.In the older section of Sun Valley. You’ll have to walk approximately 100 feet from your car to the condominium, which for us was not any significant hardship, but for others may be a bit difficult.Communication Was excellent. Check-in was simple and super easy. Great property, highly recommend.

Family Ski Trip

We loved our stay at the condo! It gave our family of four plenty of room to spread out after a day of skiing. It was nice to have a second bedroom with two twin beds and a sofabed in the living room for our two girls. We liked having access to a washer and dryer and glove and boot dryer during our stay for dirty laundry and wet ski gear. There was also a closet to put our skis and poles. The only drawback was the parking situation. There are about 10 spots within a short walking distance to the condo. Once those are full, there is a designated parking space for the condo, but unfortunately it is a much longer walk. Not ideal when hauling ski gear, but doable. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful scenery to look at if you choose to take a walk. There was access to the pool and fitness room at Sun Valley Inn, but we did not use it. The condo was a quick five minute drive to the Dollar Mountain Ski area and about a 10 minute drive to the Bald Mountain ski area. There is a free bus available that will take you to both ski areas and Ketchum, but you have to walk almost to the Dollar Mountain ski area to a bus stop to use it or drive down the hill from the Dollar Mountain ski area to a parking lot to catch the bus. We chose not to do that and instead got up early to be able to park at Dollar Mountain (smaller parking area). Matt was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area. s

This is a cozy unit that makes great use of space and is stocked with plenty of extras like towels, paper towels, and even coffee filters. The included access to local amenities like the lodge pools are a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed just prior to Thanksgiving for a Ski Camp. This condo was great for our family of 4. Very comfortable beds! Good kitchen with lots of pots/pans and dishes. Full size fridge. There is a great couch that invites laying down and watching football or movie! great! The floor is a bit wierd --so the tile in the main floor bathroom is cracking and there is a bit of a "lip" going into the kitchen-- but for many people this won't affect your stay. Would stay again!

Welcoming and cozy condo

Our family of four had a great time at this 2 bd/2 bath new villager condo. We arrived to find a clean and cozy unit well equipped with comfortable furniture, a tidy kitchen, nice dining area and a good quality TV. The new villager is a quiet complex close to everything in Sun Valley. The communication by the owner was excellent and he was always quick to answer questions. Our only issue would be the upstairs bathroom is tight and there is not a lot of hot water, so we couldn't all take a shower at the same time of day. Otherwise, It was welcoming and an ideal place for us to spend our ski vacation.
