A great place to stay in Redding. Perfectly located right near Sacramento River trail, 5 minutes into town. Very quiet and peaceful property with large and nice backyard setting. The hosts are very friendly and available but also respected our privacy. The studio is spotless, comfortable and well stocked . And our dog was very welcome thereI would certainly come back again!

We loved staying at the River Retreat. The studio was peaceful and beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. We regret that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa bath.

Such a great stay. Immaculately kept and everything you could possibly need is supplied. Only had a short overnight but was very relaxing and peaceful. Our dogs had a large yard to play in and we all felt super safe and happy. Location is outstanding, next to the river trail.

Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hosts. Central location to get to where I needed to go. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well equipped with everything I needed. Lovely decorations and air conditioning made it very comfortable in the summer heat. The best part was a very comfortable bed and a great shower. I didn't get to use the jacuzzi tub, but it looked wonderful - maybe next time! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
