Wish we had more time

The apartment is lovely and Concetta was wonderful to deal with. She had a lot of thoughtful supplies for us that we appreciated. The apartment is very comfortable and just as advertised. We also appreciated the security of the parking space. Would definitely stay again and hope to have more time in the area to explore it.

Large, clean apartment in a quiet building. Markets, drugstores, and restaurants very close by. We used the city buses which stopped close to the apartment as it was a fair walk into town. Hostess Concetta was very lovely and met us when we arrived to show us around. Aircon in the bedrooms worked very well, as did the internet connection. There was laundry available in the apartment. Secure parking was appreciated. Very happy experience.

There was no pool, but FeWo insisted that we rate it. Everything else was wonderful, a home away from home in Syracuse. Concetta, her husband and her sister were perfect hosts. This comfortable, roomy flat is not downtown. You can rent a car or hire a taxi for a price you can work out. After a long day on the road, it's nice to return to the flat and relax - with a view of Mount Etna! Shopping nearby. PJ and Liane

Maria was lovely. She greeted us upon checkin and provided water and juices. She took time to provide us with a detailed map of where to park, in the limited area near Ortigia. Heating was not good, and there was an occasional light sewer odor in the bathroom and kitchen, from time to time, worth noting for anyone with smell sensitivity. It did not affect our stay. It was a well secured area for our rental car, and we felt very safe. Checkout process just needs to be tightened up a bit for clarity. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Gentilezza e cortesia.

L'appartamento è spazioso. Collocato al 4 piano c'è sempre una bella ventilazione e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata. La sig.ra Concetta è stata gentilissima e pur essendo arrivati tardi ci ha fatto trovare il necessario per rifocillarci.

Soggiorno Eccellente

Consiglio di alloggiare in questo angolo di paradiso curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Un'ospitalità così non l'avevo mai ricevuta, Maria Concetta e la sorella ci hanno fatto trovare di tutto in casa: acqua, succhi, thè, pomodorini, sughi, pasta, latte, merendine, ecc. e tutto il necessario per il bagno. La casa pulitissima e spaziosa. Tutti cercano casa ad Ortigia, ve lo sconsiglio, intanto non si può entrare con la macchina, poi la sera c'è un gran caos, invece qui avevamo il nostro posto auto numerato e la sera parcheggiavamo poco prima del ponte e poi a piedi verso Ortigia. Inoltre in casa Maria Concetta ha preparato un book con cartine e consigli su tutto ciò che c'è da vedere nei dintorni. Mio marito si è appassionato del mangiadischi perfettamente funzionante trovato in casa. Che dire di più.... Torneremo presto e nel frattempo consiglio a tutti questo appartamento.

La gentilezza, cordialità e accoglienza sicula.... 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Casa ampia, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i confort e anche di più. La proprietaria squisita ci ha accolta con ogni tipo di omaggio, oltre a bibite fresche e squisiti dolci di pasta di mandorle di nota pasticceria, anche dei pomodori, limoni e basilico colti per noi. È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare da loro (due sorelle) e conoscerle..... Consigliatissimo!!!! Grazie ancora!

Ein Zuhause fern weg von zuhause

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser sehr komfortablen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines kleinen Wohnblocks (Aufzug und Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Hof sind vorhanden); Bar, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (und noch einiges mehr!); Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Es waren z. B. einige Getränke im Kühlschrank zu unserer Verwendung, auch einige Lebensmittel (Nudeln, Tomatensoße, Marmelade...). Da der DVD-Player in der Wohnung keine Fernbedienung hatte und wir deshalb die Tonspur nicht umstellen konnten, hat uns der Vermieter extra einen anderen DVD-Player gebracht! Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmals für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato dal 12al 25 di agosto in questo appartamento a Siracusa e devo dire che l’appartaamento è proprio come descritto nelle foto publicate forse anche meglio tutto ben arredato e con ogni confort a disposizione ma soprattutto il proprietario e sua moglie persone educatissime , cordiali e molto disponibili tant’è che quando alla nostra partenza ci siamo salutati ci hanno fatto un pensierino dei dolcì della loro tradizione . Siamo rimasti contenti
