Stretch yourself in the balcony, enjoy the sun and the pine forest. Invite friends for a barbecue. 1 double bedroom , 2 sofa beds in the living room , a kitchen and 1 toilet. 300 m from the beach. Near the golf and the nature reserve. Heaven on earth. T1 in Salgados Village - Algarve, between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera. All comfort. Fully equipped with air conditioning. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, blender, coffee machine, microwave, stove and oven, etc.
1 bedroom with double bed and TV. 1 living room with 2 sofas bed. Dining table and plasma TV. There are a balcony with barbecue, a table for 6-8 persons and respective chairs + 2 sunbeds, also in balcony. The balcony overlooking directly to the pine forest. There is sun in balcony all over the afternoon. There is 1 bike that you can use.
Parking next the apartment. The local is very quiet with a supermarket, bar and ATM facilities.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Salgados beach. The beach has 5 km long of golden sand (one of the last paradises of the Algarve).
It is still surrounded by nature, as the Salgados Lagoon, a natural area where you can watch birds (including flamingos) and turtles. Close the apartment, there is also the Salgados’Golf (18 holes).
There are restaurants and bars in the area. Other restaurants, pubs and nightclubs can be found about 3 km in Albufeira and Armacao de Pera.

Great holiday in salgados!

Great location! We were in Algarve in July. We didn't know Salgados but we highly recommend. Amazing beach, and golf court just next door. The apartment was incredible and very attentive landlord. We recommend.

Beautiful Apartment in close Proximity to amazing beach

The apartment is very well catered for with all amenities you could want. Clean, air con, kitchen facilities excellent, gas bbq, lovely bathroom and excellent towels. The walk to the beach takes 5 mins max and can recommend the beach bar and the fish restaurant which are all within walking distance.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Perfect for our requirements. Location was exactly where we wanted. Only suggestions for improvement would be to have air conditioning or cool fan in the bedroom and a safety deposit box. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Salgados Appartments

Short walk to the beach board walks. West to lovely dunes and beaches, east to rocky coves and secluded beaches. Excellent supermarket below but no noise. Perfect place for walking or jogging or a bit of gentle body boarding. October time was just the right temperature for us. Good value cafe down the road. Accommodation is tremendous with a sunny balcony in the afternoon and evening.

Een hele prettige plek om te vertoeven. Alles is aanwezig en schoon. Omgeving is heerlijk, strand, natuur en zelfs een supermarkt waar ze goede koffie hebben. ÂŽs Avonds is het er heel rustig, uitslapen ietsje lastiger, dus lekker op het strand verder slapen als dat nodig is.

GĂŒnstig gelegene Wohnung , nur ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Restaurants in der NĂ€he. Allerdings stört der Zuliefer- und Kundenverkehr zum Supermarkt unter der Wohnung einwenig die morgendliche Ruhe. Bei geschlossenen BalkontĂŒren aber gut zu ertragen.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die EigentĂŒmer machen sich viel MĂŒhe mit ErlĂ€uterungen etc. Alles ist sehr gut beschrieben. Wir hatten keine Probleme alles zu finden. Sogar das WLan hat wunderbar funktioniert. Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gibt es aber doch. Das Appartment liegt direkt ĂŒber einem Supermarkt. Es kommen also LKWs, die den Markt beliefern. Wenn wir morgens auf dem Balkon gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt haben, war es manchmal sehr stöhrend, weil die Fahrer die LKWs haben laufen lassen und manche KlimagerĂ€te auf den Fahrzeugen ziemlichen LĂ€rm machten. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

We were quite surprised at how lovely the apartment is. Lurdes and Luis were both helpful and patient with us. We had no end of questions and they answered every one. The restaurants in Guia and GalĂš offer very good prices for a reasonable amount. You really should rent a car.

We love hiking, biking and watching the birds and the sea, this quiet so far from the city ... and so close, if we want to.
We bought this house so we can enjoy all this and this wonderful place, and we like to share with others, so they can also take advantage of this.

Why they chose this property

When we saw this apartment, we thought that it was just perfect for us and our children. And we bought it. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room. We put air conditioning in there, we have equipped the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machines. We put a barbecue on the balcony, plasma TV in living room and TV in bedroom. The construction of the apartment is recent. It is situated near the beach, the golf and nature reserve of Salgados. It is perfect!

What makes this property unique

We chose this apartment because it's close to the beach. The beach is quiet, with a long way of golden sand and small bars.
The apartment's balcony, overlooking the pine forest, and with a barbecue, invites to rest on late afternoon and evening and to lunch a nice grilled dinner to the sound of birds around here.
The apartment is also close to Salgados golf: 18-hole golf course.
