In a hilltop village (altitude 600m), charming and large house facing south, very quiet because located on the edge of the village, enclosed garden, not overlooked, 5 bedrooms…
All the charm of an authentic family house, for this large house located in a very quiet hamlet, close to the church, enclosed garden (700m2) dominant view without any vis-à-vis: on the large ground floor living room - separate lounge and dining area, library available, fitted kitchen, utility room (large appliances); upstairs 5 bedrooms with very clear and magnificent views of the Luberon mountains, 2 shower rooms. On the south facade very pleasant shaded terrace - equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture, garage. Very many hikes, bicycle, horse; vast offer of cultural visits (priory of Salagon in Mane, monastery of Ganagobie, museum of Prehistory in Quinson-Gorges du Verdon); large protected natural areas (Lubéron and Verdon regional parks); picturesque hilltop villages (Banon, Simiane, Lurs, Vachères), Valensole plateau, Verdon gorges, Ste Croix and Esparon lake ...). Many leisure activities for children: equestrian center in St Michel and Mane; Swimming pool and cinema in Forcalquier and Manosque. For adults: Golf at Pierrevert and Niozelles. In the hamlet of Lincel, "Country guides" can help you discover the heritage of Haute Provence.

Superbe!
