This was a great place to stay. Stunning views and peace and quiet. Saw lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the canoe and row boat. Had fun fishing and hiking.

This place by far was the best place me and my family has ever been to . A private cabin and a private lake where my kids were able to swim and fish for the very first time . On our final day my 13 year old daughter caught her very first fish . We most definitely will be coming back . I highly recommend staying here .

Our family of five enjoyed our time at the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed to relax and have fun. The area was so peaceful and quiet, we caught fish after fish, and had fun exploring the lake and the trails. We couldn't ask for a better place to relax, unwind and make family memories.

What a GEM! Cabin on the lake was everything we were expecting/hoping for and then some! The cabin was fully equipped and ready for us. The appliances are newly updated and very nice. Our kids had a blast fishing, swimming, and using the paddle boat. We spent 4 days and definitely could have stayed longer. We look forward to future stays!

Lovely secluded cabin with amazing sunrises on the lake. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Cozy and welcoming. Close to Galena but you feel like you are very secluded. Hope to stay again when we are in the area.

Amazing!! Peaceful and beautiful!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been here, first with my family. Absolutely love it there! The private lake is amazing and the cabin is just the right size. We all enjoyed the lake and lots of outside activities. Highly recommend for a family or friends getaway!

Great Time

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everyone enjoyed the lake, whether swimming, fishing, boating or just watching the fish jump. It was nice to unplug and unwind for a few days

Five years in a row now, and we’re already looking forward to next year. Such a relaxing and tranquil place. My grandson didn’t want to leave, enjoying swimming, fishing, hiking, campfire with s’mores every night. So many stars at night, spotted the ISS, and a few shooting stars.

Steep private road to beautiful lake view and cabin. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Peaceful and serene. Fish were biting and the paddle boat was fun. It was hot during our stay and A/C only on top floor but the scenery is worth it and the shower is not made for fluffy people.
