Secluded fishing town that borders the Suwannee river and the Gulf of America. Beautiful Sunrise & Sunset views from Unit 228 balcony over looking Suwannee River canals of Suwannee Cove boat basins and Gulf & marsh view from balcony. Large master bedroom with Queen bed set, 2nd bedroom has queen bed set, 3rd room has bunk beds, Cable TV in two larger rooms. Very nice with all the comforts of home, elevator, nice patio zone. Nice pool and grill on balcony. Sleeps 6-8 people.

Very nice and clean condo. We didn't cook but kitchen seemed to have adequate pots, pans, dishes, etc. Keurig coffee maker for pods and drip. A few things that aren't complaints, just fyi for future guests is there was no blow dryer, no extra blankets, and no bath soap. Again, not a big deal for us but might be for some. We would definitely stay here again. Owner responses were a little delayed and we weren't given complete address (building number which is needed as there are multiple buildings) but she did answer the phone when I called around 8:00 pm. All in all a great place to stay.

Accuracy of location on line

I didn’t stay at this site as we were looking for something close to cedar key. The online ad said it was only 15 miles so I booked it online however when we put the directions into our gpa it was an hour or more away. I called the property manager and she was very kind and understanding. She cancelled my reservation. I would consider staying here due to her professionalism and understanding.

Fun week-end

The condo had everything we needed to cook and relax. The pool was amazing and most of the time we were there by ourselves. It was never crowded. The only improvement I would make are in the directions. The condo is actually outside the entrance to the complex. This is a vacation spot I would use again.

Condo is great with an amazing view

The property is amazing and convenient to the marina and has its own boat docks. The condo is fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only thing that needs addressing is that all the beds make excessive noise when sleeping as anyone turns over or moves. This happens in all 3 rooms. I wouldn’t say it is a deal breaker for our group staying again as this was our 2nd stay but this should be corrected.

Mother’s Day getaway

We rented this place for the Rotary Tournament and Mother’s Day weekend. Everything was nice. We could have used more towels and wash rags but we also didn’t mind washing. It’s a beautiful place and we had plenty of room.

Suwannee for fishing

Nice condo for 3 friends fishing. A change to twin beds in the 2nd bedroom would allow a fourth guy. Smallest bedroom has bunk beds that would be improved with better mattresses or only a twin.
