Enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay in a clean and spacious condo in Suwannee, FL where the Suwannee River meets the Gulf. The unit is capable of sleeping 7 and perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Bright and colorful, you will find your happy place here! There is a large dining table inside and on the patio so you can enjoy dinners together after fun days on the water or by the pool. There is a marina within walking distance for all your fishing supplies, snacks and drinks. A dedicated boat slip is included with the condo rental.
** Disclaimer June 2025 - due to extensive damage to the docks during the 2024 hurricane season, the private docks are still closed. Currently, there are only community boat docks available. This is a first come, first serve basis along the entire dock in front of Buildings 1 & 2.
