This unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, coffee maker and K-cup machine. Your welcome package includes a couple of dishwasher and laundry tablets and well as a couple of rolls of paper towels and toilet paper. The bathrooms have small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap for your use. Towels, linens, pillows, comforters and blankets are provided. If you are wondering about a specific item, please ask!

Terrific Time

We had a great time. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and decorated lovely. The balcony was so nice. We love staying in this complex and have several times because of the convenience to your own boat slip. The restaurant is very close too. After a day out fishing on the boat, the pool is a refreshing stop.

This place cuts no corners! Clean, comfy beautiful decor! From the bedding, nice furniture to the extras they leave for you this place is amazing!! We almost don’t want to leave a good review because we want to keep this place all to ourselves!! We will be booking this again soon!!

Wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful end of summer weekend. This condo is a must stay. The condo met all of our expectations, very clean, well stocked, and having a dedicated boat slip is a plus. Additionally, having a pool for the grandkids & cooling off after a long day fishing is a huge bonus! We will defiantly be booking this condo again. 👍👍👍👍👍

Great Suwannee Condo

The Pelican Perch was awesome. It was clean, well appointed and served our large family (7) well. We’ve been going to Suwannee for years and it’s a great place to reconnect with “Old Florida” and to slow down. 5 stars all the way!

The town time forgot.....

The stay in your condo in Suwannee was Epic. We scalloped in Stienhatchee all day. What a wonderful transition from a giant crowded cluster to peace and tranquility at your place in Suwannee. It was worth the drive and then some. We would love to come back and find someone to take us for an Airboat ride. If you can make that happen this fall or Spring... That would be awesome. Thanks again... Your place was even 6 star..!!
