Dock has been rebuilt.** The Old Fenimore Mill condo complex is located at the eastern tip of the main island of the Cedar Keys - called Way Key. This unit has incredible open water views! The town beach/playground and downtown area are an easy walk. The condo complex features plenty of boat/trailer parking, community pool, community hot tub, private beach space, green space with BBQ area, and private fishing dock! Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community's kayak rack- launch right from the complex. Your unit is comfortably furnished and is equipped with cookware, glassware, etc. This unit is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with pet fees as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.

Great Views and very nice inside!

Over the years we have stayed in many of the places offered in Cedar Key and we have stayed in ones we would do again and been in a few that were 'one and done'. This place is great! The inside is very tastefully decorated and furnished with everything you need to stay comfortably. It is always enjoyable to find small items there in the event you forget something, such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, spices and more. But..... the real selling feature is the view from the deck! Stunning, peaceful and it is worth the stairs you walk up to view such natural beauty. We will be back to enjoy the Fenimore experience!!!!!
