Nightmare in the south of France

It was a nightmare. Lack of communication. No sheets,towels and no parking permit was given. So, we almost had our car towed. I would stay some where else.

Final payment was not made upon arrival despite multiple requests and communications. We found a solution to help them. No responses to emails or whatsapp. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental as indicated on the site and reminded with each communication. cleaning was not done when the keys were handed over. Parking permit must be in the car. They recieved just a remark.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet appartement à Port Grimaud. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage et parfaitement desservi par la coche d’eau, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre et les commerces sans voiture. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances réussies. La terrasse avec vue sur les canaux est un vrai plus, parfaite pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou un apéritif le soir. Arlette est très accueillante et disponible si besoin, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Superbe séjour dans ce logement. On ne se lasse pas de la vue !Logement fonctionnel, bien agencé, lumineux, calme, et très bien exposé. L'exposition Est nous fait apprécier la terrasse ensoleillée le matin et l'ombre l'après-midi. Le check in/out par Arlette est très agréable, vraiment un plus de ne pas être face à une boîte à clés. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région, côte et arrière pays. Belle découverte de port Grimaud, on avait peur que ce soit trop artificiel et en fait c'est juste magnifique toutes ces maisons colorées entourées d'eau.

Heerlijk plekje in Port Grimaud

Wij verbleven voor de tweede keer in dit fijne appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is geweldig. Je zit op loopafstand van het strand en centrum van Port Grimaud. Het appartement is klein, maar heeft alle voorzieningen en voor drie personen prima. We konden zelfs eerder inchecken. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep goed. Ik zou het aanraden.

Posizione molto bella, casa piccola ma graziosa con ogni comfort. Nota stonata la signora che gestisce l'appartamento, poco cortese e nessuna conoscenza dell'inglese. DOpo aver lasciato casa pulita, ci ha comunicato che la pulizia non era sufficiente e che quindi avremmo dovuto pagare per le pulizie extra. Non sarebbe stato un problema se non avesse preteso di tenere mia moglie in ostaggio mentre andavo al bancomat. Peccato perkè è davvero un'ottima soluzione per vivere la costa azzurra.

Fijn appartement

Fijn en net appartement dichtbij het centrum en op loopafstand van zee. Mooi uitzicht op de haven. Fijn en ruim balkon waar het heerlijk zitten is. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Wij waren met drie personen. Het is niet erg groot, maar voor drie personen prima. Het inchecken verliep soepel. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verliep prettig. Ik kan dit appartement zeker aanbevelen. Wij hebben genoten.

L’environnement de Port Grimaud, nous l’apprécions depuis des années, c’est « un petit paradis ». Il fait toujours beau, la mer est chaude, les plages sont agréables et sans danger pour des familles, le paysage est reposant, les commerces sont proches, parcs d’attraction, restaurants... tout le monde selon son âge et ses préférences peut trouver son bonheur. Par contre c’est la première année que nous louons à un propriétaire « particulier". Nous ne changerons plus, votre appartement est une prestation de grande qualité. un appartement parfaitement équipé, il ne manque vraiment rien (2 Frigos, lave linge, lave vaisselle, climatisation, four, micro onde, grille pain…. et même le Wifi ), la terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur les canaux, équipé de transat…. le décor est sobre, agréable, la literie est parfaite. Pas de souci pour se garer, quel plus !! un emplacement réservé. Quel plaisir également de se rendre à la plage ou au centre de la cité lacustre en bateau (coche d’eau réservé aux résidents) vraiment merci monsieur Van Damme Famille Gabet Toulouse
