the price displayed on the site is that of the apartment C (the cheapest apartment and therefore the least well equipped) the price will be studied and adapted with you to be closer to real costs. The indicated price is a base price without rebates of type long stay, fewer people etc ...
Everything is equipped with necessary furniture kitchen utensil and crockery sufficient to accommodate the maximum number expected.

First floor. Main great asset with large terrace
Large living room, dining room and TV room about 25 m² with a covered terrace of about 10m². Room No. 1 with 140cm bed over the No. 2 bedroom with a bunk bed 140cm and 90cm down from above. A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Part B: very well equipped and very well exposed south
First floor. On the same floor as part A.
The main studio type room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a 140cm bed overlooking a terrace of 5 m². Plus a bedroom with a bunk bed twice 90cm.
And a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. *
Part C.
Garden level. Main asset 15m² terrace with access to the kitchen and the bedroom # 1
A separate kitchen with dining area. Room No. 1 with a 140cm bed. Room No. 2 with a bunk bed twice 90cm over a bed of 90cm.
A bathroom with sink and shower and a separate toilet.
Linen (sheet, towel, tea towel) is not provided (blankets and duvets provided). Possibility to provide these items for the price of cleaning .EX sheet 10 € per pair.
Cabinets of storage, gas cooker with oven (or small electric oven), refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, TV (Freeview and freesat on request) electric barbecue , parasol.

The minimum rate per night is applied for a stay of 6 nights or more. In the case of a stay of less than 6 nights there is a surcharge of 5 € per night less. From 7 nights reduced price.
Final cleaning according to the state of the apartment between 0 and 50 €
WARNING: NO subleases are allowed, including free of charge. The number of occupants fixed at the booking can be changed only after agreement of the owner. Failure to do so may result in expulsion.

Pets: a specific deposit of € 100 will be requested and will be refunded only after the passage of the next tenant.
