We spent 2 weeks beginning of July this year (2014) with our 3 children. The Villa Paola is pleasant and very well designed. We enjoyed the dedicated bathroom for the parent's bedroom (because of children and sand...) and the terrace with see view but without any view contact of neighbors. At night the place is quite, just the waves' noise... The house is very well furnished: we found anything we needed! We noticed the owner is very well organized and attentive! The garden is beautiful, ideal for children, with big trees and exotic plants preventing view contact of neighbors, and with direct access to the beach! Thanks to the large garden, the distance to the beach was ideal. The found the beach great as well, with withe and thin sand, and with few people (one family each 5 to 10 meters - there is a public access to the beach nearby but with very limited parking possibility). We recommend this Vila very much.

Wunderschönes Haus aus den 80er Jahre, top gepflegt mit Traumhaftem Garten. Durch den Garten in wenigen Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Villa, super Strandlage

Schöne, erholsame Urlaubstage im Garten und am direkt angrenzenden Strand. In der Villa war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne ein Mal wieder.

schöne Strandvilla mit tollem Garten

Hier hat es uns gut gefallen. Alle Reisenden (Erwachsene wie Kinder) fanden v.a. die Lage am Strand super. Der Garten war gepflegt, bot Schatten und Sitzmöglichkeiten und mit der Gartendusche was Praktisches. Der Zugang zur Villa konnte bequem über die Terrasse erfolgen - hier war die doppelte Schiebetür zur Küche/Wohnraum super. Sehr gut ausgestattet -es war alles und genügend da. Und nicht zu vergessen - der Willkommensgruß in Form von Keksen, Wein und Wasser. Sehr schön.

Great object, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house and the garden are beautiful, and the location with direct beach access is just perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed and even the fridge was pre-filled with some goodies. Communication with the owner before arrival but also during the stay was very smooth and unproblematic.

Charmantes Haus direkt am Strand

Wir haben mit sieben Personen einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Villa Paola bietet alles, was man braucht, ist urgemütlich und hat eine ganz besondere Lage direkt am Strand! Man kann sich aber auch in den Schatten des Gartens zurückziehen, toll auch die Außendusche, die man nach dem Bad im Meer optimal nutzen kann. Schön wären noch ein Paar Auflagen für die Holzliegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos und Check-in und Out verliefen unkompliziert... wir kommen gerne wieder!

The owner gave us a very warm welcome - thank you very much. The house is nice and cosy with a lovely garden. You just walk trough the garden to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped (lot of pans, mixer, toaster, ...) We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will return to the same place. :-)))

Toller Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten in der Villa Paola zwei großartige Wochen unserer Sommerferien. Die Lage des Hauses in dem weitläufigen Garten direkt am wunderschönen Strand ist wahrscheinlich schwer zu übertreffen. Das Wasser des Meeres war meist blau und klar und wunderschön. Lediglich die Sturmtage, die wir auch erlebten, brachten neben recht hohen Wellen auch einige Algen und an einem Tag auch Plastikmüll mit sich. Am nächsten Tag aber konnten wir das karibikblaue Wasser wieder ungetrübt genießen! Von Costa Rei aus haben wir schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und die großartige Küstenlandschaft erkundet. Die Abende genossen wir auf der tollen Terrasse oder am Strand. Das Haus und der Garten boten uns alle nowendigen Annehmlichkeiten. Davides Bruder begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft ausgesprochen freundlich und erklärte geduldig alles Nötige. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Wein und Wurst und anderere Leckereien. Neben Gewürzen, Essig und Öl waren auch Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Waschpulver, Shampoo, Duschgel und Seife vorhanden. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts! Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Das einzige, was nicht so toll ist, ist der Zustand der Bäder, die eine Modernisierung dringend nötig hätten. Ingesamt tat dies unserem wunderschönen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus in grandioser Lage aber keinen Abbruch! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Schöner Familienurlaub mit ein paar Einschränkungen...

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (2+4 Jahre alt) unsere Ferien in dem schönen Haus am Strand verbracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, durch den Garten direkt am Strand zu sein ist toll. Es war auch viel Spielzeug für die Kinder im Garten vorhanden (Eimer, Schaufel, Wasserpistolen etc) Wir hätten uns auch gerne mal in den schattigen Garten gelegt da 2 Holzliegen vorhanden waren, aber wir haben Auflagen hierfür vermisst. Nur auf Holz zu liegen, ist nicht sonderlich bequem. Auch wäre ein Hochstuh/Kinderstuhll für kleine Kinder toll gewesen, unsere Kleinste hatte trotz Kissen unterm Popo echt Probleme mit den großen Stühlen. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet und ordentlich sauber. Trotzdem hatten wir 4 große Kakerlaken in unseren Zimmern, was echt eklig war. Da aber Spray dagegen bereit stand, ist das Problem wahrscheinlich bekannt. Der Bruder des Vermieters sagte, das komme durch den Garten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, aber ich muss leider sagen, dass das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach nicht stimmt. Wir haben pro Nacht 380€ bezahlt und dafür hätte ich mehr Komfort erwartet. Die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und Türen waren teilweise löchrig und eingerissen, die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terasse (blaue Korbstühle und ein blaues Korbsofa) waren sehr klebrig und die Farbe färbte auf Haut und Textilien ab. Es ist halt schon abgewohnt dort, womit man gut leben kann wenn man einen angemessenen Preis dafür bezahlt. Na ja, wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und Davide und auch sein Bruder waren immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man ein Problem hatte. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die tolle Strandlage macht dieses Objekt aus, was für Kinder einfach traumhaft ist.

Wunderschöne Ferien / Wonderful Holidayss

Leider hat dieses Kästchen zu wenige Zeichen um unsere Begeisterung zu beschreiben. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren mediterranen Haus und Garten. Die Betonung muss hier auf „Haus und Garten“ liegen, denn beide bilden eine perfekte nahezu natürliche Einheit. Das besonders Faszinierende ist der Wechsel der Pflanzen hin zum Strand, den man durch die Gartenpforte direkt erreicht. Als wir ankamen war alles vorbereitet. Das Haus und die Terrasse waren von Grund auf sauber, auch alles Geschirr und die Einrichtung. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und die Handtücher lagen bereit. Selbst der Teil des Weges zur Strandpforte der sandig war, war geharkt. Wir trauten uns kaum diesen mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegten Weg zu betreten. Empfangen wurden wir vom Bruder des Vermieters, der uns durch Haus und Garten führte und uns alles sehr, sehr freundlich erklärte, funktionieren und uns die Pflanzen im Garten zeigte. Wir hatten eine unbeschwerte Urlaubswoche. Wer wollte konnte schon um 6 Uhr den Morgenkaffee am Strand genießen und den Sonnenaufgang erleben, oder einfach nur am Strand oder im Garten in der Sonne liegen (wenn es zu warm wurde sich auch ein schattiges Plätzchen suchen) oder immer wieder die verschiedenen Pflanzen bewundern, ein Buch lesen oder einfach nichts machen. Mein Lieblingsplatz war der aus Paletten gebaute Sitzplatz, erhöht gelegen mit dem Blick auf Strand und See. Natürlich war auch das Baden im Meer immer wieder schön. Das Wasser ist kalt, absolut klar, da nährstoffarm. Man musste nicht einmal schnorcheln, um einen Schwarm von Doraden, die am Seeboden gründelten zu beobachten. Strandspaziergänge, aber auch Wanderungen durch das Hinterland waren immer ein Erlebnis mit tollen Aussichten, beeindruckenden Gesteinsformationen, Salamandern und vielen anderen Dingen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war die Beobachtung der Flamingos in der Lagune. Für uns war es eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche vor allem durch die perfekte Kombination von Haus, Garten und Strand. Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. For us it was a completely successful holiday week especially through the perfect combination of house, garden and beach. We were now the second time in this house and it certainly will not be the last time.

Tolles Haus im sardischen Stil mit unschlagbarer Lage

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern unschlagbar, der direkte Zugang zum kristallklaren Wasser macht den Urlaub extrem entspannt. Davide ist ein sehr kompetenter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Kühlschrank war kaputt, innerhalb eines Tages wurde ein neuer eingebaut. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Urlaub im Paradies

In diesem Haus voller Charme direkt am Meer verbrachten wir zu zweit eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche. Davide und sein Bruder Bachisio haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen - wir fühlten uns gleich zu Hause. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit direktem Gartenzugang zum breiten Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser - 20 Schritte zum Meer - einfach grandios. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer ist überwältigend. Wir können dieses wundervolle Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Mille grazie!! In this beautiful house full of charm right by the sea, we spent a wonderful holiday week. Davide and his brother Bachisio welcomed us very warmly - we felt right at home. The house is tastefully decorated and with direct garden access to the wide beach with crystal clear water - 20 steps to the sea - just terrific. Perfect family place

The location of the house is incredible!

We spent one fantastic week at Villa Paola. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation including a lovely garden and a barbecue. Right from the beginning we fell in love with its unique entrance to the beach - one step through the door and you are right there. The sea with its crystal-clear turquoise water and the beach are astonishing. We totally recommend this house to families who want to experience sea-side holidays.

Erholung pur!

Wir verbrachten drei Wochen Ferien in der Villa Paola. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für erholsame Familienferien. Trotz ihres Alters ist die Villa Paola gut unterhalten, sauber und trägt eine persönliche Note. Die Nähe zum Meer ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse zum türkisfarbenen Wasser wunderschön! Unsere Kinder liebten den grossen Garten mit all den Büschen, Palmen und Bäumen. Unschlagbar ist der Vermieter Davide. Seine Arbeit kann aus unserer Sicht nicht besser gemacht werden. Die Hausübernahme, sowie die -abgabe funktionierten absolut reibungslos. Auf jede Frage erhielten wir umgehend eine Antwort und er hat uns all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ging die Waschmaschine kaputt und Davide hat sich darum bemüht, dass wir innert kurzer Zeit eine neue erhielten. Wir können die Villa Paola nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern dort. Das Haus bietet alles, was man(n) benötigt. Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettlaken waren vorhanden. Auch in der Küche war alles da, um sich leckere Speisen zu kochen. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Der Grill draußen ist ein Highlight und wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Die Zimmeraufteilung mit den Bädern ist perfekt und die Lage des Hauses ist natürlich nicht zu toppen. Durch den Garten und das Tor, schon steht man am sauberen Strand. Der eigene Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr dankbar. Das Haus ist in einer Nebenstrasse. Absolute Ruhe nachts (vom Wellengeräusch mal abgesehen). Es gibt eine Wäscheleine im Garten, Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Davide ist ein sehr netter und herzlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns sehr gut vorbereitet und Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Für Einkäufe ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Die nächsten Supermärkte und Märkte sind ca. 1-2 Kilometer entfernt. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken Davide für seine Gastfreundschaft. Wir hoffen, wir können irgendwann wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen. ______________________________________________________________________ We spent 2 wunderfull weeks in this nice and comfortable furnished House. We were 2 adults and 2 little children. In the House is everything you need. More than enough towels and bed linen. The kitchen is adequate equipped with anything you need to cook. Also dishes, glasses and cutlery existes enough. The Barbecue on the Terrace is a Highlight and we used it very often. The split of the Rooms and Bathrooms is perfect. The Site of the house is also perfect. Via the garden (very nice and not invisible) and the garden-door and you are on the very nice beach. The own car park on the house is thankful. The house is in a by-road and in the night it is quiet. You can only hear the waves. There is a clothsline in the garden, a loundy rack and a washmashine. Dishwasher and Microwave is also there. Davide is a very nice host and gave us good and helpful tips for the holiday and the shopping. A car for the shopping is advisable. The next Supermarket is 1-2 Kilometers away. We can recommend this house absolutely and we thank you, Davide, for your hospitality. We hope we can go back sometimes to this beautiful place. Andrea

Die nächsten Supermärkte und Märkte sind ca. 1-2 Kilometer entfernt. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken Davide für seine Gastfreundschaft. Wir hoffen, wir können irgendwann wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen. ______________________________________________________________________ We spent 2 wunderfull weeks in this nice and comfortable furnished House. We were 2 adults and 2 little children. In the House is everything you need. More than enough towels and bed linen. The kitchen is adequate equipped with anything you need to cook. Also dishes, glasses and cutlery existes enough. The Barbecue on the Terrace is a Highlight and we used it very often. The split of the Rooms and Bathrooms is perfect. The Site of the house is also perfect. Via the garden (very nice and not invisible) and the garden-door and you are on the very nice beach. The own car park on the house is thankful. The house is in a by-road and in the night it is quiet. You can only hear the waves. There is a clothsline in the garden, a loundy rack and a washmashine. Dishwasher and Microwave is also there. Davide is a very nice host and gave us good and helpful tips for the holiday and the shopping. A car for the shopping is advisable. The next Supermarket is 1-2 Kilometers away. We can recommend this house absolutely and we thank you, Davide, for your hospitality. We hope we can go back sometimes to this beautiful place. Andrea

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful Holiday at Villa Paola. Davide was not there for check in and out, but his sister Valentina was very friendly and helpful! The informations before Arrival and communication was very good and easy. We were 4 adults and 3 children (6-12 yrs) and enjoyed the spaceful house. With the rental car you are ready to explore the wonderful Island and coast. In the house you find everything you Need for your stay! Fantastic garden and of course easy Access to the sea! Perfect with children! I hope we can go back sometimes to this beautiful place! Thomas

semplicemente fantastico

We were guests for 1 week at Villa Paola and we would have liked to have stayed longer. It was such a Great Time! Davide was a great host and so helpful ! The house with the garden was just perfect for our family vacation . we want to come back in any case ! Thanks so much.

Anreise: 22.08.2015 Mit 5 Personen verbrachten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem bemerkenswerten Haus. Nachfolgend einige Highlights: - Vermieter ungemein freundlich und entgegenkommend mit herzlichem Empfang wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen! - Willkommenspaket mit Wein, Früchten und einigen Lebensmitteln (gut bei später Ankunft!) - Ausstattung mit allen elektrischen Geräten perfekt - Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern grosszügig - viele Schlafräume, 2 WC mit Duschen (davon 1 direkt vom Zimmer zugänglich) - grandioser Ausblick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer - Terrasse mit Grill, großem Esstisch plus extra Sitzecke - liebevoll angelegter, parkähnlicher Garten mit Sitzecken und Gartendusche - keine Einblicksmöglichkeiten von Nachbarn - Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Grundstück - direkter Zugang vom Garten(!) zum breiten Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser - Strandabschnitt vor dem Haus fast leer - Strandbar in 80m Entfernung (kein Lärm) - Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden ca. 900m entfernt Wir können dieses wundervolle Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen, es ist seinen Preis wert! Vielen Dank, Davide! ------------------------------------------------------ arrival: 2015/22/08 We spent a wonderful holiday with 5 persons in a remarkable house. Some highlights: - the owner is extraordinary friendly and accommodating, heartly greeting, so we instantly felt welcomed - welcome package with wine, fruit and foodstuffs (very useful when arriving late!) - perfect environment with electrical devices - generous outfit with towels and bed linen - many bedrooms, 2 restrooms (1 with direct access from bedroom) - marvellous view from the terrace to the sea - terrace with barbecue, large table and extra lounge - affectionately designed large garden - no insight possibilities for the neighbours - parking possible on the property - direct access from the garden(!) to the wide beach with water clear as crystal - section of the beach in front of the house is nearly vacant - beach bar 80 meters/260 feet away (no noisiness) - restaurants and grocer's shops 900 meters/3000 feet away We do recommend this marvellous house without any restrictions, it's worth it's price! Schönes Haus am Strand / Bellissima casa al mare

Wir haben ein voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Alles war sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.Sogar die Küchenausstattung war ohne Beanstandung. Der schöne Garten, hat gute Möglichkeiten zur Erholung geboten und der direkte Zugang zu Strand und Meer ist unschlagbar. Siamo stati in una casa attrezzata pienamente. Tutto era pulito, biancheria e asciugamani erano più che sufficienti. Anche la cucina non lasciava niente da desiderare. Il bello giardino dà la possibilità di riposarsi bene e l'accesso diretto al mare è imbattibile!

Casa fantastica e posto da sogno stupendo!!

Posto stupendo casa con tutti i confort, con giardino splendido per la felicità dei nostri tre bambini. Accesso alla spiaggia immediato, praticamente senza nessuna fatica. La consiglio vivamente. Vacanza indimenticabile!!!

From May to October this touristic village offer all kind of facilities including: shops, a little amusement park for your children, pizzeria and restaurants where you can taste delicious fresh fish and seafood and enjoy a superb aperitif while listening to music in one of the small squares; twice a week markets take place with stalls of typical local food and fresh fruits and vegetables.
Costa Rei offer various kinds of exciting things to do, such as excursions by boat to very small islands, protect areas, where you can have a unique and rare chance to see dauphins and huge sea tortoises and admire a wonderful flora, a variety of water sports and horseback excursions.

Costa Rei is well connected to the main town, Cagliari, and to the other villages through an efficient bus service during Summer time, meanwhile during winter time is better to rent a car or take advantage of our guidance.
My family owns two houses in Costa Rei, and was one of the first family to build in this location more than 40 years ago. We know really well the area and the locals and we can give you excellent advises about the best beaches, restaurants, places to visit and activities to do, in order to have the best unforgettable experience in Sardinia.
From this location you can also have the opportunity to go trekking in the nearest mountains of the Seven brothers, visit some of our archaeological sites close to Cagliari in a journey trip or enjoy local food and wine in the country festivals organized by the neighboured villages.
