Excellent property for a family with Children

This property is amazing in many ways. First, it has a direct access to the beach, and this particular part of a beach in Costa Rei is less crowded. It has all the facilities needed for the beach like umbrellas, toys for kids, etc. 2 showers in the garden with cold and warm water are very convenient. The only 2 things this property is lacking is A/C in the living room and Wi-Fi. Regarding the A/C, the living room is located on the upper lever and got extremely hot with no possibility to cool it down, and during our stay the outside temperature reached +38 at times. With WI-FI, I think it is now a basic necessity and convenience like electricity. You can hook up to Costa Rei paid public wi-fi, but at 15 Euros per week per device, if you have a family of 5 with 10 devices and you stay for 2 weeks - do the math. Even said that, I still give this property and its nice and responsive owner Marco, a 5-star rating, because it is magnificent. I just hope that Marco will take into account recent climate change and change in people's communication patterns, and makes it even better.

Fantastic house on the beach: a dream!

My family and I (my parents, my sister and me with my husband and 2 year-old son) have just returned from Villa Fresia and were amazed by the beauty of this house. The location is fabulous: like a dream! The beach, which you can access by a little gate at the back of the garden, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (and that means a lot because the beaches of Sardinia are, in my opinion, the best beaches of Europe). The reception by the owners was so friendly, they did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The little details in the house really show they understand the art of hospitality. The house has everything you need, we loved sitting on the porch, which had a little sea breeze which was very welcome on hot summer days. The outside shower was nice after a swim in the ocean. My 2 year-old-son had a wonderful time, thanks to all the great toys in the house. I really recommend this house to people with small children: the garden was an excellent place to play and with a beach in the backyard, what more could children ask for :-). We really hope to come back here someday, because I don't think we will find a view like this anywhere else in Europe! One evening, their was a little storm and afterwards, there was the most beautiful double rainbow above the beach. I think this was the prettiest thing I've even seen. I really recommend this house to families who want to enjoy the beauty of the nature of Sardinia.

Perfekter Urlaub

Was soll man sagen, was nicht schon von vielen anderen Gästen gesagt wurde: der Urlaub war ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Garten und Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Marco lief super. Er und seine Frau sind extrem freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem traumhaften Haus sehr genossen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht - und noch viel mehr. Der Weg zum Meer ist super kurz, das Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand. 2 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, 1x Badezimmer on suite, 1x frei zugänglich. Für unsere Zwecke absolut perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben hier einen angenehmen Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand ist schön, einige Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und zweimal in der Woche findet ein Markt statt. Unterhaltung, Restaurants und ein Eisgeschäft findet man auf der nahegelegenen Piazza Italia.

Toller Urlaub mit Kindern, perfekte Lage & Ausstattung

Wir sind verreist als Familie, mit zwei Kindern (fünf Jahre und zehn Monate). Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Marco und Claudia sind außergewöhnlich liebevolle Gastgeber, das Haus war ausgestattet mit einem Obstkorb, Grundnahrungsmittel (Milch, Wasser, Kaffee, sogar Babynahrung), und allem, was man in der Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad so braucht 👍 auch solche Sachen wie Handtücher, Bettzeug, sandspielzeug, Bälle, … ist alles im Haus vorhanden, wirklich toll! Besonders genossen haben wir den direkten Zugang zum Strand, so konnte man morgens um 6:30 Uhr mehr oder weniger alleine im Meer schwimmen, oder spät abends am Strand sitzen. Es sind wirklich nur ein paar Schritte, und man ist von der Terrasse direkt am Strand. 👍👍 das hat vieles einfacher gemacht, man konnte auch während man am Strand war einfach kurz zurück in die Wohnung, dass man sich im eigenen Garten in der Gartendusche nach jedem Strand Besuch direkt ab duschen konnte, war natürlich noch mal super! Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal - Rieke und Philipp

wunderschönes Haus direkt am Strand

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand,von der Terasse und sogar von der Küche aus hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Fresia. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Verständigung auf Englisch einwandfrei. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und die Kinder hatten ein extra Spielzimmer mit tollen Spielsachen. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Terasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Die Lage ist einmalig! Durch ein privates Gartentor kommt man zum wunderschönen Strand mit herrlich klarem Wasser. Gerade mit Kindern ist der Urlaub dort sehr stressfrei, weil man für einen Strandtag nichts packen braucht. Ab in die Badehose und losgehts... Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an Marco und Claudia!

Vacanza straordinaria

Abbiamo trascorso in questa villetta la prima settimana di settembre! E' stata un'esperienza bellissima: casa comodissima ,spaziosa, fronte mare al quale si accede tramite un cancelletto privato!Il mare di Sardegna si ammira direttamente da villa Fresia ed è un tripudio di colori,dallo smeraldo all'azzurrino passando per i riflessi della sabbia argentata!Emozionante al mattino lo specchiarsi del sole sul mare! I bagni, tonici, rilassanti, veri e propri momenti di benessere! Le passeggiate in spiaggia accompagnate dal "rumore " delle onde e dal soffio leggero di un vento gradevolissimo!Tornando a Villa fresia: bellissimo il giardino ricco di piante ornamentali e da frutto, autentica chicca la doccia calda esterna che abbiamo fruito con regolarità. Solo una volta siamo usciti a cena, abbiamo sfruttato il caminetto esterno per ottime grigliate di carne o pesce accompagnate rispettivamente da dell' ottimo cannonau o vermentino! Vogliamo segnalare la cortesia, la gentilezza e disponibilità del sig. Marco che ci ha veramente messo a nostro agio in tutti i sensi basti pensare che il giorno dei saluti abbiamo a goduto di alcune ore per la visita di Cagliari accompagnati da due guide d'eccezione: Marco e la gentilissima moglie sig.ra Claudia.Portate con voi solo il costume da bagno perchè la casa è super fornita, attrezzature da spiaggia comprese! Ci torneremo!

Urlaub im Juli 2019

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Fresia verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das schöne Strandhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Ein paar Schritte durch den Garten, die kleine Pforte öffnen - und schon steht man am herrlichen Strand. Der Strandabschnitt vor dem Haus war auch im Juli nicht überlaufen, von den beiden nahegelegenen Ressorts hat man manchmal abends ein bisschen was von der Animation gehört, laut war es aber nicht, und um 23.00 Uhr war dann sowieso Schluss. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war herzlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es ein herrlicher Urlaub. Wir sagen Danke für die schöne Zeit und hoffen, bald mal wieder an diesen Ort zurückzukehren. Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten drei wundervolle wochen mit unseren zwei Mädchen (1.5 und 2.5 jährig) Der Strand ist so nahe dass man krz etwas zu essen für die Kleinen holen kann, Spielzeug hat es soweit das Auge reicht und auch sonst fehlt es an nichts für die Kleinen! Aber auch us Erwachsenen hat es an nichts gefehlt! (Einzig die Mücken waren sehr unangenehm und dadurch konnten wir den Garten leider kaum nutzen) Es ist das Paradies hier und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen - Danke Davide & Marco für alles! Fantastic

We had a great time, the house is fantastic and suited our family perfectly. We have a 1 yr old and 4 yr old. Bedrooms great, main bedroom has air conditioning as does lounge and kitchen area. Raised section above kids bedroom had lot's of books and toys to use, nice to have separate area for playing. The view from the terrace was brilliant as was the garden. The garden is well looked after and has lots of bits to use to keep kids entertainmed in the garden and on the beach. The beauty was the wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear warm waters. We would definitely like to return and thank Davide for his prompt and clear communication and for welcoming us to his family home and for leaving snacks, milk and wine, much appreciated.

Un petit paradis ! la maison est plus belle que les photos. Il y a tout, même le matériel de plage, apportez juste vos vêtements et votre trousse de toilette, tout est présent de l'ampoule de rechange au nécessaire de couture. Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans cette belle maison, excellent accueil de Marco e Sara . Le grand jardin est très vert et reposant après la plage qui est à 20 secondes à pied, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer c'est magnifique, vous pouvez voir le soleil se lever à 6h . A quelques minutes à pied du marché et des restaurants, la voiture est restée garée. La maison est parfaite, nous espérons revenir bientôt. Nos plus belles vacances. Merci.

Tutto perfetto. Stupendo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone per due settimane a cavallo di ferragosto 2016. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e alle foto. Il punto di forza é l'accesso diretto ad una magnifica spiaggia attraverso un cancelletto posto al margine della proprietà. La costruzione non è nuovissima, ma la costante cura del proprietario la rendono di un comfort assoluto. Nella camera da letto principale abbiamo trovato un materasso nuovo e di ottima qualità. I bagni sono ottimamente funzionanti. All'esterno vi è una doccia con acqua fredda, che però è assai utile. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto e in genere la casa. Anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono di prima qualità. E’ compreso anche un kit di benvenuto con generi alimentari e detersivi, con i quali siamo andati avanti parecchio. In pratica serve veramente solo il costume da bagno. La spiaggia non è mai affollata, nemmeno in agosto e bambini e ragazzi fanno amicizia velocemente perché vi sono vari gruppetti di tutte le età. Dalla terrazza si gode una vista bellissima sul mare. Pochissime zanzare e in ogni caso vi sono molti fornelletti. L'accesso in auto é abbastanza comodo.L'acqua corrente non è mai mancata ed è potabile. Vi è pure una biblioteca che spazia dai gialli, ai libri sulla Sardegna, ai romanzi. Pulizia impeccabile e barbecue all'esterno. L'aria condizionata non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata, l'ho solo provata e funziona benissimo e l'impianto è silenzioso. Anche in pieno agosto la posizione é tranquilla, non vi sono hotel troppo vicini e ci si addormenta con lo sciabordio del mare. Raccolta rifiuti differenziata ben gestita. Voglio ringraziare il proprietario, sig. Marco, per l'eccezionale accoglienza e assistenza prestata, che non dimenticherò mai.

Absolut traumhaft

Die Villa ist in allen Belangen sensationell: Die Lage ein Traum, der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderschön, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Aufteilung der Räume ist perfekt, und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben eine super tolle Woche in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht, das alle Wünsche erfüllt hat. Noch nie hatten wir eine so tolle Unterkunft, die Lage ist unschlagbar. Vielen, vielen Dank an Valentina, Herr und Frau di Martino und Davide für diese tolle Zeit. Ein rundherum sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlau

Wir haben einen wunderbaren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa "Fresia" verbracht - es war einfach Erholung pur. Dazu haben nicht zuletzt die sehr netten und immer ansprechbaren Vermieter beigetragen. Sie haben alles erdenklich mögliche getan, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Buchungs- wie auch die Zahlungsmodalitäten waren äußerst unkompliziert. Das Haus, das wir angetroffen haben, war sauber und in tadellosem Zustand und entsprach den Bildern im Internet. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Wohngegend auf einem großen Grundstück mit sehr schön angelegtem Garten. Man kann das Auto innerhalb des Grundstücks parken. Das Haus ist hell und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt kaum Wünsche offen und ist topp sauber. Die Küche ist toll eingerichtet und man braucht außer Lebensmitteln nichts zu besorgen. Als wir angekommen sind, standen sogar alle benötigte Lebensmittel schon im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, denen das Wohl der Mieter sehr am Herzen liegt. Sie waren äußerst hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und warmherzig. Wir haben uns in dem Haus total wohl gefühlt und das vom ersten Tag an. Locazione perfetta

Locazione ideale per chi ha dei bimbi, dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia e la casa è davvero completa di tutto. Noi ci siamo portati dietro un sacco di cose ma se torneremo ci porteremo solo il costume e gli effetti personali. Davvero consigliata!!
