We liked our stay a lot!

Great house with pool, the bathrooms were a bit small though. Short walking distance to the never crowded beach! The communucation with Marco was a pleasure, he was very helpful and always friendly and answered all our questions.

Lovely villa

Amazing get-away location with both a good pool and lovely path to a beach. The beach was gorgeous and wasn’t crowded. The house was very well equipped and perfect for us. Only flaw I can say is the hotel at the back of the house played loud music until almost midnight every night. Otherwise, this is an ideal villa if you don’t mind the music!

Pool fantastic, beach fantastic and only a minute's walk away , air con only in living room and hallway but a cool building which helped but this was September 13th - September 20th, summer months may not be as cool in bedrooms without air con , you definitely need a car as nothing nearby to walk to, the only thing puts us off returning is the noise from hotel which borders the villa playing very loud music anytime from lunchtime to11pm, otherwise it would have been a very relaxing stay, many thanks to Marco

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Betreuung des Objekts sehr gut. Kleines Manko ist die tÀgliche nÀchtliche Beschallung durch die Animation des Hotels nebenan. Ausstattung ist top, Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Pool ist super, NÀhe zum Strand auch sehr schön.

Tolles Haus in Traumlage

Sehr schönes Haus - alles da was man braucht, inkl. großem Garten mit tollem Pool und Kinderbecken. In zwei Minuten ist man bei den Flamingos oder am riesigen sauberen Traumstand. Bei Fragen aller Art reagiert der Vermieter superschnell und sehr freundlich. Wir hĂ€tten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Danke!

Immer wieder gern

Wir haben 4 Wochen im Mai in diesem Paradies verbracht. Schönes Haus, super eingerichtete KĂŒche, super Garten mit Pool, alles eingezĂ€unt. Marco, der nette Mann hat das Pool unterhalten und war auch sonst fĂŒr Fragen da. Die Umgebung ist super, Strand ganz nah, ruhig und viel Natur, auch Flamingos.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Tolles Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Gute Lage. Nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und ihren Kollegen. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und die Hotels ringsum waren geschlossen. Wir hatten den Stand fĂŒr uns. Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub.

Erholsames Haus mit schönem Garten mit Pool

Sehr amgenehmes Hais alles was es braucht um zu geniessen pool warme aussendusche meer in zwei gehminuten sehr ruhiger platz! Und die lagunge nebenan hortet zwar viele muecken aber die flamingos und die schönen abemdstimmungen entschaedigen dies!

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, tolle Lage an einem ruhigen Standabschnitte

Wir waren 17 Tage vor Ort,, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet,. Tolle Lage an einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt! Teilweise waren wir fast allleine am Strand. Das direkt angerenzende Hotel war ebenfalls nicht störend. Animation war zwar zu Höhren, fanden es aber ĂŒberhaupt nicht störend. Auch fĂŒr Hundebesitzer ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, da es einen tollen großen Garten besitzt und das GrundstĂŒck komplett eingezĂ€umt ist. Herzlichen Dank auch an Marco und Silvia, fĂŒr die tolle Betreuung vor Ort! Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder!

Casa spaziosa in zona tranquilla. Fantastica la piscina. Il mare si trova a pochi metri dalla casa.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato dal 23 luglio al 6 Agosto in questa bella casa situata a pochi metri dal mare in una zona tranquilla. Anche il villaggio turistico che confina con la proprietĂ  non ci ha arrecato alcun disturbo. Bella la piscina.

Objekt ist sehr schön, toller Pool. Nah am Strand. Ruhige, sichere Gegend. Beschreibung passt sehr gut. Abstriche beim Thema Sauberkeit. (Haare in Dusche/Insekten im Bett) Platform FEWO fĂŒr mich zu kompliziert. Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte erfolgte zu spĂ€t, so dass viel Korrespondenz mit dem Objektanbieter notwendig war.

Schönes Urlaubsobjekt, zumeist Hotelanimation angrenzend

Positiv: Schöner Pool, Pizzaofen mit Grill als Alleinstellungsmerkmal, erfreulich kurzer Weg zum Strand, 2 beheizte Außenduschen, Flamingos Negativ: Hotelanimation nebenan meistens laut und bis 0 Uhr, Extrakosten wie Poolreinigung und 3 x Strom vor Ort zu bezahlen und störend, da nicht inklusive. Dazu kommt auch noch Kurtaxe, aber das alleine wĂ€re ja in Ordnung. MĂŒcken und Wespen kommen abends, aber beherrschbar mit Spiralen etc. Insgesamt fĂŒr Ferien/Urlaub gut geeignet, wenn man nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen muß/möchte.

Mycket eftersatt underhÄll av tomt. De Àr barr frÄn tallarna överallt. GrÀsmattan pÄ baksidan bestÄr till stor av jord och grus. Utedusch, grill och terass behöver en ordentlig genomstÀdning och renovering. Poolen Àr sliten men funkar ok. Dock bor flera duvor i trÀden runt omkring och de bajsar i poolen. Terassen Àr liten och det bor större bÄlgetingar i bambun som fungerar som tak till terassen. Dessa Àr agressiva och min fru blev stungen. InvÀndigt Àr huset fint men brister i köksutrustning . Huset Àr inte prisvÀrt.

Sehr schönes Haus in herrlichem Garten

Sehr schönes Haus in sardischem Stil. Die Schlafzimmer nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Sehr grosszĂŒgiger Wohn-und Essbereich. Gut ausgestattete KĂŒche in der nichts fehlt. Sehr schöne, ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit Blick in den großen Garten mit Pool. Sehr angenehm sind die Holzdielen um den Pool. Angrenzend befindet sich eine Hotelanlage mit Animationsprogramm. Wenn man Ruhe im Urlaub sucht, sind laute Musik ziemlich störend. Die positive Bewertung ĂŒberwiegt aber deutlich.

Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus

Das Haus: Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 BĂ€der. Es ist komplett eingerichtet; incl. Waschmaschine, GeschirrspĂŒler, Mikrowelle und sĂ€mtlichen KleinelektrogerĂ€ten, wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. Das Haus war topsauber und ist sehr gepflegt. Definitiv nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool: Ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt; neues Deck um den Pool verlegt. Der Chlorgehalt war wahrnehmbar aber am untersten Level; also kein Brennen in den Augen aber trotzdem keine Bakteriellen Probleme. Die Außenanlage: Ist wirklich großzĂŒgig und schön angelegt; incl. gemauertem Grill und Pizzaofen. Die Abwicklung: Wir haben ĂŒber FeWo gebucht. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur; der Kontakt mit Silvia und ihrem Team war absolut vorbildlich. Immer vorab alle Informationen unaufgefordert bekommen und stets freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Besser geht das definitiv nicht! Einziger (ganz kleiner) Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das W-Lan (WiFi) ist langsam und mit mehr als 2 Smartphones ĂŒberfordert. Klar braucht man kein Megaschnelles Internet; aber fĂŒr die Routenplanung eben dann doch. Aber es ging; wenn auch nur etwas langsamer als gewohnt. Zusammenfassung: Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder; wenn wir dĂŒrfen ;-)

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene u d 3 Kinder und haben das Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten war groß und schön ( bis auf einige MĂŒcken), der Pool herrlich und das Meer fast vor der HaustĂŒr! Den Strand hatten wir fĂŒr uns allein. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Wenn wir Anliegen oder Fragen hatten war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt und können einen Urlaub sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank Silvia und Team fĂŒr die tolle Unterkunft, FransescofĂŒr den netten Empfang und Sandro fĂŒr das wöchentliche Reinigen des Pool:)

TrÚs belle villa propre et spacieuse. Nous avons passéun excellent moment à 8 adultes. Superbes plages, accÚs à pied en 2 minutes, merveilleuses criques à 30 minutes de voiture, flamands roses dans l'étang voisin, excellents restaurants aux environs (centro hippico agrituristico)...... et accueil parfait par l'agence avec un grand merci à Silvia et Daniele, trÚs professionnels.

Das Haus ist sehr schön.Da das Haus derekt am Meer liegt und zusĂ€tzlich auch noch einen Pool hat, spĂŒrt man die Hitze fast gar nicht. Es ist sehr ruhig ums Haus, da das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt. Der Pool ist ĂŒbrigens sehr sauber und er Garten ist auch wunderschön.
