Mooie appartement, maar contract niet nagekomen

Het is een mooie appartement, maar de verhuurder is zijn afspraak in contract niet nagekomen. Zo zouden wij 2 slaapkamers krijgen, omdat we met 5 personen zijn. Maar we kregen maar 1 slaapkamer en moesten ook op de bank in de woonkamer slapen. Verder deed de airco het niet en was het erg benauwd. Ook deed de lift het niet en kregen we smoes dat deze in reparatie was.. De internet viel vaker uit en was erg traag. Ik beveel het daarom niet aan.

Very nice place

We stayed with four persons tree weeks in the apartment. It is clean and spacey and fully equipped. The situation in Agdal is perfect and the next tram station is just 5 minutes away. The host is friendly and courteous. We will book the apartment again next time we come to Rabat.

Cozy

The appartement is cozy, clean, and in the center of Agdal which is a very vibrant place. My only criticisim is Elevator. The Elevator was out of service since day 1 until I actually left the appartement. Best.

I menstioned clearly in the contract that the elevator will not be available before 2nd Trimester 2016. Now it's under reparation and should be available soon. Tout c'est trés bien passé. On m'a accueillie dés ma sortie de l'aéroport et accompagné jusque l'appartement pour la remise des clefs. L'appartement est trés bien agencé et trés bien placé (rue commerçante avec tous les petits commerces en proximité). Connexion internet et satellite TV à discrétion... La cuisine est hyper équipée avec même une climatisation réversible chaux/froid dans la pièce principale...génial en fonction du climat. Rapport qualité/prix irréprochable.....on se revoit trés bientot.

Très bien.

L appartement en lui même est très bien placé, très agréable, lumineux et très fonctionnel. La literie est parfaite... On se sent vite "comme à la maison", et personnellement je pense que c est le plus important. Le propriétaire est super réactif. Prévenu le vendredi matin, le vendredi midi j avais mon contrat. Son frère me remettait les clés sur place le jour même à 23h (juste après avoir atterri). Sur place, plusieurs attentions ont été apportées pour rendre mon séjour agréable. Des informations sur le quartier et ses commerçants nous ont été transmises à notre arrivée. La connexion internet y fonctionne plutôt bien. Le séjour aurait pu durer plus longtemps...

Appartement spacieux, propre, meublé avec gout et très calme. belle cuisine, très bien équipé. l'appartment est bien situé , à 2 pas des commerces et du tramway (4 stations du centre de Rabat centre) Je conseille vivement cet appartement où j'ai été très bien accueilli. je relouerai avec grand plaisir.

Great apartment with friendly people!

I booked this apartment for 10 days and it was the best stay i've had. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with new furniture giving it a modern look. It offers fast internet and TV which always has some great movies on. It is located in a place where really nice food is a only just a few meters away and shops are close by. The tram is just one street away. It was my first time in Morocco and i can gladly say that i really enjoyed it. The owner is a really nice guy and in general everyone in the area is so friendly. I'm already planning my next holiday to Morocco and i would be more than happy to stay here again. Highly Recommended!!!

Conformé à l'annonce. J'ai été le premier a bénéficier de certains équipements refait à neuf. Très sympa, discussion et réactivité ++ du gérant .la rue foisonne de restaurant ( pinchos) café et pâtisseries sans oublier les magasins d'enseigne. Métro à une rue du logement.
