Belle maison tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, propre et de bonne taille.De nombreux et beaux espaces extérieurs, avec tables et chaises à différents endroits. La piscine est belle et bien chaude. Belle véranda toujours ombragée pour les repas.Un peu à l'écart de Porto Cesareo, donc voiture indispensable. De belles plages à proximité mais vraiment beaucoup de monde en août.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine de vacances en famille dans cette villa.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage am Ende einer Straße, sehr ruhig, alle schönen Strände und auch diverse Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in max. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und unter den Palmen gibt es auch Schattenplätze.Tolle Betten/Matratzen und in den Schlafzimmern gibt es neue Klimageräte. Einziges Manko war für uns die eher schlecht ausgestattete Küche. Es gab kaum Gläser, keine kleinen Teller, der Herd hat wenig Leistung (Wasser zu kochen dauert unfassbar lange) etc. Auch das Bad ist bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und passt nicht unbedingt zum renovierten Rest.

Excellent Property

Great property in good location. The pool is fabulous and the house is modern and well equipped. We had a lovely 8 days at the property and are likely to book again if available. Greco was responsive to texts and kept us updated on which bins needed to go out. Around the pool, there were two nice sunbeds, one was a bit uncomfortable and one was broken (no height adjuster for the back). This caused some family battles for the better sunbeds. Small issue but they could do with a couple of new ones. All in all a great property and would highly recommend it.

Ein sehr schönes Haus und mit dem Pool perfekt für die Kinder. Der Hausmeister Stefano ist sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles super gekümmert 👍👌 Wir kommen wieder 😎

Superbe maison

Maison très belle. 3 belles chambres climatisées. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec 2 grands frigos. Il manque peut être du matériel pour cuisiner, assiettes, verres, services qui sont uniquement au nombre de 6, ce qui est peu. Il n y a pas non plus de lave vaisselle ce qui est dommage. C est pour nous le seul point négatif de cette maison. Un superbe extérieur. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue. La personne de contact sur place est très avenante et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. L endroit est très agréable et calme. C était un super séjour.

Super séjour dans une belle villa

Avec ma femme et nos garçons de 8 et 11 ans, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa bien située, au calme. La piscine est magnifique, et la mer toute proche.

Ogni comodità

La cosa si trova leggermente fuori dalla città ( 5 min in macchina) e questo la rende molto tranquilla. Presenti condizionatori nelle camere, cucina funzionale ( manca lavastoviglie) e la nota super è la piscina. Proprietario gentile e disponibile per le comunicazioni via mail; Stefano che si occupa della gestione sul luogo altrettanto disponibile in caso di qualsiasi necessità. Se posso dare un suggerimento per il futuro si potrebbe pianificare la sistemazione del soggiorno che risulta approssimativa e disordinata. Ci ritornere sicuramente. Grazie

Siamo stati molto bene, la parte esterna della casa, vista dal vivo, è ancora più bella che in foto. Quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Piscina fantastica! Proprietario e Stefano molto cordiali e disponibili. Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, per le nostre abitudini sarebbero molto gradite delle tende alle finestre delle camere da letto perché al mattino viene chiaro molto presto. Per il resto, consiglierei questa villa e ci tornerei molto volentieri!

Très belle propriété idéalement située

Rien ne manque dans la maison qui est très fonctionnelle. La climatisation est un vrai plus dans les chambres. L'aménagement extérieur est super avec les palmiers. La piscine est très belle et grande. A partir de la maison, de nombreuses découvertes sont possibles en utilisant une voiture. Les contacts avec le propriétaire et Stéfano sont simples et très cordiaux. Maison à recommander

vacanza spettacolare !!

In questa splendida location abbiamo passato 15 giorni da sogno. La casa é bellissima, accessoriata per ogni esigenza con un giardino molto curato e ricco di palme bellissime come poche se ne vedono! La piscina è stata una favola che ci ha consentito di godere di meravigliosi bagni anche quando la spiaggia diventava troppo affollata (avendo 2 cani per noi è stato molto importante). La casa è posizionata in zona residenziale molto molto tranquilla a 500 metri dalla darsena di Porto Cesareo ed a 5 minuti dallo stesso paese. Facilmente raggiungibili tanti altri luoghi d’interesse. Il proprietario, Marc Antoine, è una persona stupenda con il quale si è subito instaurato un ottimo rapporto di disponibilità, cortesia e fiducia. Riguardando le foto provo un grandissimo senso di nostalgia  Grazie davvero a Marc Antoine.

Une maison à ne pas manquer, tout confort,située dans un quartier très calme. La piscine avec le grand jardin sont magnifiques. L'accueil de Stefano est parfait avec une balade en mer inoubliable...nous avons vu 3 dauphins et mangé les oursins pêchés par Stefano. Très bien

3 semaines agréable, la villa et la piscine sont un vrai plaisir. Merci à stephano pour la ballade en bateau que je vous conseille vraiment de faire. De belles vacances et plein de souvenirs et de rencontres sympathique. NNous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais le cousin était présent et disponible. Peut-être qu'un jour nous irons manger chez Mario......

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions, un endroit ensoleillé, calme et intime . La maison est isolée tout en aidant proche de l 'animation et de la vie touristique de Porto Césaréo. Nous sommes, également, allés souvent manger à Gallipoli, la vieille ville est magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement d'une superbe piscine et d'un très beau jardin très bien entretenu... Propriétaire, Mario est très sympathique et toujours prêt à nous aider et nous conseiller. Nombreuses visites et lieux à découvrir, notamment Alberobello et ses trulli ou nous avons passé 1 journée (une centaine de km de la maison). En résumé ....de superbes vacances.
