Villa 12 people with " Officer Qualification of Tourist" Nº ET-0724-E

All bedrooms are in suite with private bathroom inside the room, air conditioning and wifi.
There are 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, terraces, gardens and private pool 10x5

The villa have 2 houses and it is distributed as follows:

The main house by the pool have a beautifull suite with 2m bed and three bedrooms, all with bathrooms in suite. Plus a large living room and dining area overlooking the pool terrace and chill out. It is for 8 guests (bedrooms 1,2,3,4).

Also for large groups add the other house, this house is distributed over two levels and a large front covered terrace of 80m2 with comfy sofas and outside dining area. It have one bedroom on the first floor ( see photos bedroom num 5) and one bedroom on the ground floor (see photos bedroom num 6) , all with bathrooms on suite.

*IMPORTANT: The villa is ideal for large quiet groups and families, but if you are only 8 we have a special price and you stay at the beautifull pool house with 4 bedrooms.

It is a centennial property renovated in 2013 located in the east of Ibiza within the natural landscape of Sant Carles in Santa Eulalia. 5min from beaches, 10 min from Santa Eulalia, 25 min from Ibiza.
In this area you can enjoy beautiful beaches with spectacular sunsets and fabulous local restaurants. Also international beach club as "Nikki Beach Ibiza", "Atzaro Beach" or Hippy market "Las Dalias".

Lovely villa

The villa is very difficult to find, there should be some written directions to provide in guest's language, we were driving around for 30 min -instaed of 5 min- till we found it. No bbq which for a villa of this quality should be a must especially as nothing nearby to eat out without driving, car is a must for this location. Also the interior could do with some soft furnishings and carpets, pictures etc to make it more homely. The fresh roses were a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We may return.

Super fijne villa

Schoon, netjes en ruime kamers. Wij hebben allen genoten van het heerlijke zwembad. Alleen miste we een buitendouche en wc omdat de vloer binnen wel heel erg glad werd van het in en uitlopen met natte badkleding( wat logisch is) Ook zou een lekkere loungeset bij het zwembad top zijn geweest. Maargoed al met al was alles verder top!

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Leider die Bäder zum Teil etwas alt, die Abflüsse riechen sehr stark. Keine Polster für die Gartenstühle und der Esstisch für acht Personen zu klein.

Birthday Stay with Friends

Property was amazing - bigger than expected. Pool and outside area lovely. All bedrooms good sizes. Really lovely time spent there. Feedback. Location is a little tricky to get taxis - if you are drinking you can't be driving everywhere. Hire car needed for the day to get shopping as not anywhere near shops- preordered taxis are helpful for the eve. It also made checking in very difficult - I had a party of 12 - coming in different ways and the owner should have just provided a pin via whatsapp so we could find her and the taxis and hire cars could all find. Instead we had to get taxis to drop my friends to San Carles and then we had to do pick up runs once I followed her to the villa and knew the location. I then dropped myself a pin which could have been done way in advance. As then the check in then takes a further hour with all the paperwork, a better process is needed. Only other real issue - bins. There is no bin anywhere near to get rid of rubbish. With no helpful directions or info to find them. Just "main Road" To have to drive your hire car around with bin bags is not exactly the nicest way to end your holiday. Its a good 5 plus minutes drive to find bins. Better directions and information given at check in is really needed. Would stay here again - was really lovely! Especially now we know where everything is!

An absolute oasis

I can say that I did not really know what a finca was before arriving to this lovely compound of homes with beautiful and spacious grounds in a farm like setting. Now I will never forget. We were two families that met up here and had a very relaxed stay in the houses with a super charming town just 2 km away. Beautiful beaches about a 10 minute drive away and easy to explore the whole island from this perch. There are two houses surrounding the beautifully landscaped pool patio area and everyone in your group will be able to find their private spots or come together on the lounge chairs or at the communal dining table. We will return for sure. Internet was a little slow but then again relaxation is the priority and that was in abundance. Host was very nice, local and responsive but we really didn’t need anything that wasn’t already there.

Very big finca

The finca consists of two larger houses with two fully equipped kitchens. One was very modern, the second a bit more traditional. There are 6 double rooms, each with a separate bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a general bathroom (very handy if you don't want to get your room wet after the pool) The entire finca was very clean and in excellent condition; There was also a barbeque grill

Lovely Villa in rural location

We had a lovely family holiday and enjoyed the peaceful location. Surrounding areas were accessible by car such as the small village of San Carlos and the larger resort of Santa Eulalia. There were lots of beautiful beaches a short car journey away and the property is not far from Las Dalia's, hippy market. The villa was beautiful and clean and our host was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this villa to others looking for a peaceful holiday in Ibiza.

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit tollen Zimmern

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit 12 Personen im Haus (zwei Häuser) verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Angefangen von den sauberen, vollausgestatteten Zimmern bis hin zum Pool. Die Vermieterin war zur jederzeit erreichbar und wir hatten einen tollen Service. Es gab keine Probleme beim buchen, der Kaution sowie bei der Rückzahlung der Kaution. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen. Sowohl für große Gruppen wie auch Familie geeignet, da es sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Empfehlenswert !!!

A lovely Finca in Saint Carles

We stayed in this lovely Finca at the beginning of August 2019. We were in 13, adults and children. The villa is nice and well furnitured. The pool clean and confortable. Saint Carles has got nice beaches and restaurant....fantastic stay...we Will come back!

we enjoyed our stay. the smaller house had no kitchen facilities which was a disadvantage especially with two small children. a good sized pool and the plot is very spacious with car parking (car essential) . very quiet which we liked.
