The luxurious villa with a large public underground pool nearby and a fee, just 100 meters away, at the B & B and Restaurant "Locanda Santa Marta". The property is located in the town of Avola Antica, in the hills, 400 meters. altitude and 6 km from downtown Avola. There are two adjoining identical villas that can be rented at the same time, but absolutely independent, for large groups of friends up to 26 people. Located in the hilly area of Avola, about 10 min. by car from the beach, 25 km from Syracuse and 7 km from Noto, in an elegant residence with guard 24 H, with a view from which you can admire the Ionian coast to the island of the currents and the intersection of the two seas. the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the natural reserve of cavagrande, but equally ideal to reach the most famous archaeological and tourist sites, as well as the most beautiful beaches, including those of vendicari, calamosche, marzamemi and the island of currents. The villa is luxuriously furnished with period furniture in solid chestnut .It has a living room of over 60 square meters, with living rooms, a dining area with a long solid wood table for 12 people. Kitchen of 25 sqm with a dishwasher, and always on the ground floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor three bedrooms of 40, 30 and 25 square meters with a floor bathroom has a tub and a bathroom with shower and tub. Outside the villa has a large garden with a fence with a dense and high laurel hedge. three covered porches, with large wooden beams, for a pleasant stay on outdoor wicker sofas and table and chairs. Villa panoramica nella frescura di Avola antica

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza nela villa di Avola antica che gode di ogni comfort: camere spaziose, patio con arredi da esterno, cucina completa di tutto. Grazie alle indicazioni dell'host Paolo, abbiamo visitato spiagge dal mare cristallino e assaporato ottimi piatti in ristoranti di qualità.

Grate House and Wonderful Owner Donatella

We spent 9 days at Donatella's house in July this year. We were two families with children. The house was overwhelming big with fantastic rooms all equipped in air-condition. The kitchen was so big and well equipped that we can cook there with 4 people at the same time. Our dinners on the terrace at evenings were irreplaceable. Location near Cava Grande is one of the advanteges of this place. Donatella is a fantastic woman who welcome us and explain everything. Her recommendations about things to do and restaurants to visit were best hits. I would like strongly recommend this house for two families with children. Nearby at Antonio’s is a grate pool and restaurant where you can sit and eat specialties of the region. Thank you Donatella for your hospitality and help. Mateusz

villa da sogno.........esperienza da ripetere

pensavamo di non trovare cose dell'altro mondo, come di solito avviene in altre case vacanze, dove abbiamo trovato mediocrità. Quì è tutta un'altra storia..... Il massimo!!!!Non potevamo trovare di meglio. Di gran lunga superiore a quanto appare in foto e alle nostre aspettative. E' proprio una villa da sogno. Enorme, lussuosa ed esclusiva, con mobili antichi e arredata con vero gusto. L'esterno è grandissimo, molto curato, con divani in cui abbiamo trascorso ore in relax. I proprietari sono persone veramente per bene e soprattutto cordiali ed accoglienti. La casa è ubicata in una posizione ideale, tra le città più belle della Sicilia, facilmente raggiungibili, ed inoltre è in un residence con il custode H 24, in cui siamo stati tranquilli. Tra le riserve naturali di cavagrande e Vendicari, i posti più incantevoli che abbia mai visitato. Comunque, la villa merita..... e di più.....

vacanza indimenticabile

"Siamo stati ospiti in tante case vacanze vacanze in sicilia, eravamo sicuri di non poter usufruire dei tanti confort che ognuno di noi ha a casa propria,ma ci siamo dovuti ricredere, abbiamo trovato di più, anzi molto di più. La villa ci ha sorpresi positivamente, è stupenda, elegantissima, di grande gusto, molto più bella che in foto. L''accoglienza dei proprietari è stata sorprendente. Abbiamo incontrato persone molto disponibili, ma soprattutto, molto cordiali. Le nostre vacanze sono state un’esperienza tanto rilassante quanto entusiasmante! Peccato che la stagione non ci ha permesso di fare il bagno in piscina, che, anche se fuori terra, è ugualmente molto grande e comoda. il merito del successo della nostra vacanza è indubbiamente della posizione strategica della villa che ci ha ospitati in quanto si trova tra le due zone di interessa maggiore della Sicilia, sia paesaggisticamente, che artisticamente.Il grande fascino dei siti storici, turistici e paesaggistici che ci è stato possibile visitare, Siracusa, ortigia, il teatro greco, il museo archeologico, la riserva naturale, e tanto altro. La villa si presenta comoda, raffinata in quanto arredata con mobili antichi e di prestigio, molto funzionale poiché dispone di tutti i conforts (e anche di più) di cui ci serviamo quotidianamente. Bellissimo il portico all’ingresso, ben arredato con un salotto in bambù, ideale per chiacchierate mattutine o pomeridiane, il quale si affaccia su un giardino ben curato; comoda la veranda posteriore la quale dispone di un barbecue pratico e funzionale, oltre che del necessario per appetitose grigliate serali; e poi un salone in cui trovano posto dei bei divani ed una stanza da pranzo capace di accogliere fino a 12 persone, con camino che ci ha ricreato una piacevole e romantica atmosfera; una angolo cucina in cui non manca nulla, dalle posate alle stoviglie, dalle tovaglie agli strofinacci; tre camere da letto al piano superiore ben arieggiate e luminose, ma la cosa stupenda è quella meravigliosa doccia con idromassaggio, in cui abbiamo trovato relax dopo giornate di escursioni. La villa si inserisce in un posto unico per bellezza paesaggistica e per varietà di spiagge tra le più belle della Sicilia con grande rispetto della natura e permettendo di godere al massimo del silenzio, della tranquillità e della vista sul mare sulla costa ionica. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente"

Waoooooo che incanto!!!!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una villa da sogno, chi se lo aspettava? avevamo visto già in foto che era molto bella ed elegante, ma non pensavamo mai di trovare tanto. C'è ogno confort immaginabile, climatizzatori in ogni stanza, camino a parete che abbiamo usato, divani, una cucina in cui no manca nulla, anche pentole per spaghettate per 12 persone, ma soprattutto una doccia con idromassaggio meravigliosa, da cui non vuoi più uscire. IL POSTO è INCANTEVOLE, NELLA RISERVA NATURALE DI CAVAGRANDE, UNO DEI SITI più belli del mondo. A 10 minuti da Noto e a 25 minuti da Siracusa. Insomma tutto a portata di mano. Non abbiamo mai incontrato proprietari così accoglienti e disponibili, pronti a darci ogni tipo di assistenza. Sicuramente torneremo. D'estate sarà meraviglioso!!!!!!!!
