The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower with a sink. There is also a wood-fired oven outside. The house is just 50 meters from the cliffs (small harbor), and free beaches can be reached on foot in ten minutes or by car in two minutes. Viale Sandro Pertini offers seven kilometers of beach, both free and with beach clubs. Within one kilometer, you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacies.



Two parking spaces are available on the property, plus free street parking. Pets are allowed, provided you follow specific rules communicated at check-in, such as not letting them inside if they shed hair or may cause other issues. The property has step-free access and interiors, and wide doors. The house will be prepared according to the number of booked guests; no additional guests are allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may stay and use the facilities.
