Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo. l'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux, frais malgré a chaleur d'août et avec une vue sur Turin et les Alpes. Perfetto!

Zentral und doch im Grünen gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man für einen viertägigen Stadturlaub in Turin braucht. Eine geräumige, ruhige Wohnung mitten im Grünen mit netten Nachbarn im Haus. Die Küche hat das nötigste um Kochen zu können. Der Gasherd hat vier Flammen. Vor dem Haus befindet sich direkt der Parco del Nobile, welcher zum Spazieren einlädt. In die Stadt gelangt man sehr schnell mit dem Auto. Zu Beginn ist es etwas Schwer sich in den Verkehrsfluss einzufügen, doch nach zwei Tagen hat man in der Regel den Dreh heraus.

L'appartamento avrebbe la possibilità di offrire molto, purtroppo, a partire dalla tazza del water non fissata al pavimento, ai mobili scompagnati e di risulta, al freddo della prima giornata, al piccolo boiler, per cui due persone non riescono a farsi in sequenza la doccia, ai cuscini, a cui, tolte le federe, sono di color marrone con macchie più scure, tutto lascia a desiderare. Il proprietario è gentile e cortese.

Vue imprenable.

Appartement agréable dans une très jolie propriété et un quartier calme dominant Turin. On y bénéficie de plus de fraîcheur que dans le centre qui demeure néanmoins facilement joignable en bus. Lorenzo nous a accueilli avec chaleur et bonne humeur et est d'excellent conseil pour trouver de bonnes adresses. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Torino with nice nature

This apartement is very adorable, neat and clean and his owner is very friendly. I would come back to this place and I really can recommend the flat. To the city you can easily drive by bus (4 or 5 stops) and if you like to have it quiet, take a walk in the park close to the house. Lovely place!!

buona la posizione, un po meno gli interni

Ristrutturata solo esternamente, internamente molto arrangiata. La posizione é ottima, si gode del fresco della collina, vicina al centro. Internamente sporca e il bagno é il tasto dolente, vecchio e sporco, danneggiato e con muffa nelle fughe delle mattonelle. Il proprietario é disponibilissimo e molto educato. Se volete qualcosa di veloce é discreta come soluzione, ma nn aspettatevi troppo. Niente condizionatori e zanzariere.
