Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage sowie die schöne Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Fango-Tal. Direkt von der Unterkunft aus sind mehrere sehr schöne Wanderungen möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Zuhause in der Fremde

Wir hatten 9 wundervolle Tage im Haus von Angèle und Jean-Claude! Das Haus ist ausgestattet wie zuhause - es fehlt an nichts, selbst Nähzeug haben wir entdeckt… es hätte also auch mal ein Knopf abreißen können. Die Gastgeber sind offene, zugewandte und herzensgute Menschen. Wir hatten das Glück Angèles 80. Geburtstag mitzuerleben, den sie mit ihren Töchtern und Enkelkindern verbracht hat, uns aber am nächsten Tag noch zum selbst gebackenen Kuchen einlud. Überhaupt… wir haben einige fröhliche Abende miteinander verbracht - auch, weil wir und so gut verstanden haben. Auf der anderen Seite wurde unsere Privatsphäre aber total geachtet.Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Vom Balkon ein wunderbarer Ausblick ins Tal, bei klarem Wetter bis zum Meer…inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Den 5-minütigen Weg zum Fluss (wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben) haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto gefahren um in den herrlichen Gumpen baden zu gehen.Liebe Angéle, lieber Jean-Claude: Danke für alles und bleibt bitte noch lange gesund und munter.. das wünschen Euch Andrea, Carsten und Lilo

Very friendly people...we had nice conversations in the evening...

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit am Ende des Fangotals mit Blick bis zum Meer...Angele und Jean Claude sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber...wir lernten viel über die Familie und das Leben am Fango...probierten den Gateau Corse und die vorzüglichen Beignettes Courgette.Danke merci beaucoup.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La location est très fonctionnelle, tout le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour est présent . Les hôtes , Angèle et Jean Claude, sont formidables . L’accueil par Angèle et Jean Claude , hôtes formidables a été au top. Ils sont adorables et l’hébergement est situé dans un cadre exceptionnel cela donne envie d’y revenir … Le seul conseil à donner c’est qu’il faut mettre la position GPS car le logement n’est pas évident à trouver ; il faut appeler les propriétaires pour plus de précisions avant de s’engager dans Montestremo 😊

Ort der Ruhe im persönlichen Ambiente

Außergewöhnlich schön wie sehr persönlich gestaltete Unterkunft mit viel Platz drumherum - ideal zum Verweilen in Sonne und Schatten. Die im Haus wohnenden Eigentümer sind sehr sympathisch, gastfreundlich wie hilfsbereit. Wer befürchtet, die Privatheit könnte unter den Verhältnissen leiden, geht fehl. Die nähere und weitere Umgebung hat viel zu bieten.

Ort zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse über das Fangotal. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die sehr netten und gastfreundlichen Vermieter, mit denen wir ein paar unterhaltsame Abende verbracht haben. Eine Badestelle ist 700 m entfernt und oft waren wir dort sogar allein. Für Ruhesuchende ein fantastischer Ort!

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour chez Angèle et Jean-Claude. Ils sont très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles. Le logement est très propre et il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé, au calme et proche du Fango et des sentiers de randonnées pédestres ou VTT. Location et propriétaires au Top. Nous reviendrons certainement. Les rouennais de la place Saint Marc ;-)).

Lovely place to stay for a relaxing holliday

Nice house to stay surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the house you have a nice view of the mountains en the sea in the distance. The owners gave of a very warm welcome and made us feel really at home. close to the house is a really nice river to swim and the surroundings a very suitable for hiking

Idyllische Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben 11 Nächte in Angeles und Jean-Claudes Wohnung verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort in den Bergen mit wenigen Häusern. Meer und Ort Galeria sind in ca. 25 Autominuten zu erreichen. Den Ausblick auf Berge, Fluss und Meer (in der Ferne) haben wir täglich genossen und uns viel auf Balkon oder Terrasse erholt oder uns an den Früchten des Gartens gelabt. Traumhaft! Auch wenn wir leider kein französisch sprechen ( und unsere Gastgeber ausschließlich französisch...), haben wir mehrere äußerst lustige Abende mit den Gastgebern verbracht, beide sehr jung geblieben, die auf der anderen Seite des Hauses leben. Alles sehr ungezwungen. In der Nähe ist es möglich, direkt Wanderungen in die Berge zu beginnen oder, 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, in den Badegumpen des Fangos zu planschen. Ein toller Ort, um sich in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage zu erholen, aber auch einen aktiven Urlaub zu gestalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

très agreable, aussi bien la maison que nos hotes( jean Claude alias maitre Capello qu'Angèle alias Dame Georgette de Mansu. Deux belles rencontres; cette très belle région et nos hotes. Nous y reviendrons en espérant que Dame Georgette nous prépare,une daube de sanglier... on peut y aller les yeux fermés ( attention quand meme aux nombreux virages pour y arriver) Catherine (Elisabeth )et Jean Félix (thierry)

Wonderful stay in an amazing location

We really loved our stay here! The house is small but comfortable (esp. the beds), and is an amazing setting. There are lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to read, eat, or take in the view (including an incredible garden). The surrounding Fango river valley is truly wonderous, and we spent two full days exploring the river and the deep water pools and rocks. The drive to the coast is about 40 minutes (to Calvi) and makes for an easy day trip. The hosts Jean-Claude and Angele were warm and wonderful - we really enjoyed the conversations with them.

Ein Ort zum Erholen

Uns hat unser 9tägiger Aufenthalt in Manso sehr gut gefallen. Wer nicht täglich die Insel erkunden möchte, sondern gerne einen Ort sucht, an dem er auch mal einen (halben) Tag verweilen möchte - Terrasse, Balkon, große Küche und Badewanne bieten sich dazu gut an - dem wird es hier in schöner Lage gefallen. Unsere Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Idyllic setting near the top of a beautiful valley

We spent a wonderful week is this idyllic setting. We shall treasure the memories of swimming in the the crystal clear warm waters of the local river, trips to the unspoilt coast line just 30 minutes away and in particular the superb evenings sat on the terrace watching the sun set and seeing the glorious night skies in absolute peace. We were also delighted by the hospitality of the owners who made us welcome with aperitifs on our first night.

Welkom in de prachtige ruige natuur van Corsica

Een warm welkom door de gastheer en -vrouw Jean Claude en Angele. Met ons gebrekkige frans hebben we toch een erg leuke tijd gehad bij hen. Ze maakten dat we ons meer dan welkom voelden. Het huis was perfect schoon en authentiek ingericht met alles wat we nodig hadden. We hebben genoten van het adembenemende uitzicht, de stilte, heerlijke wandelingen in de prachtige ruige natuur en langs de schone rivier waar fijne plaatsen zijn om uit te rusten en te zwemmen. Het enige min puntje zou voor sommigen kunnen zijn dat er geen Wifi is maar dat is ook weer erg rustig. Een prima plek om uit te rusten.

Wunderbare Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Die Wohnung befindet sich im oberen Teil des Hauses mit Terrasse, Grill und einem separaten Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll antik gehalten, sehr sauber; die Küche lässt nichts vermissen und die Betten sind gemütlich. Der Blick auf die Berge am Ende des Fangotals sowie ein Stückchen Meer, das zwischen den Bergen hervorblitzt, ist - speziell bei Sonnenuntergang - außergewöhnlich schön. Am meisten haben uns die Gastgeber beeindruckt. Wir wurden noch nie derart herzlich empfangen und bewirtet! Wir werden dieses Objekt sicher noch öfter besuchen. Siggi, Helen & Ken, Frankfurt
