Villa in LUMIO full sea and mountain view, comfortable 80 m² that can accommodate 4 people.
1 km from the village of LUMIO, 2 km from the beach without crossing the road.
2 Bedrooms.
Air-conditioned open space: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, complete crockery), dining room with table and 6 chairs, living room with large corner sofa and TV .
Bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Large 50 m² terrace with bioclimatic veranda, 1 outdoor table and 6 chairs as well as 3 sun loungers, and barbecue.
A 50% deposit and a deposit check of € 1'500.- will be requested upon booking.

Vue imprenable sur la baie de Calvi

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, tout confort. Vue saisissante sur la baie de Calvi depuis le salon, la cuisine et la superbe terrasse bio climatique… magnifiques levés et couchers de soleil… Nous étions déjà venus, sommes revenus et reviendrons…

Exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour fin juillet dans ce logement qui est très bien situé, proche de Calvi et des autres lieux à visiter. L'appartement est très confortable (bonne literie), bien équipé (il ne manque rien !), très propre et décoré avec goût. La vue sur la terrasse est à couper le souffle, vue à la fois sur la mer avec le Golfe de Calvi et sur la montagne avec le petit village de Lumio. Contrairement à ce qui a été dit dans un précédent commentaire, la voie rapide T30 qui passe non loin du logement ne gêne absolument pas car on n'entend pas ou très peu les voitures passer et la petite route qui mène à la mer et qui passe en dessous de la terrasse n'est pas bruyante non plus car il y a au final peu de voitures. La nuit tout est calme ! Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
