Beautiful Siesta Beach -- named best beach in America -- is five minutes away. The condo is quiet with a beautiful, peaceful 2nd story lenai overlooking the boating inlet that goes out to the intercoastal waters. If the beach is not your thing, lounge around at the pool!

The unit is recently modernized -- both bathrooms remodeled, tile floors in living area, and in-condo washer / dryer. Two queen beds (new mattresses) and a pull out bed. Your own covered carport parking space. Wireless (just upgraded) Internet. Nice kitchen and dining area. Great place to kick back and unwind when you aren't 'beaching' it. Modern flatscreen tv, upgraded to Xfinity - so your streaming subscriptions should work great on our modern television.

We love Siesta Key. The beach has been voted 'Best in the US!' Our condo has a beautiful small harbor view that leads out to the intercoastal waters. Ann has owned in Siesta Key since the 1970s!
