the appartement is well positioned : close to shops,beach at 10 minutes on foot,and we enjoyed the swimming pool ! Perfect for a family with children.

Bella casa ma...

Bella casa, con tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno estivo. Unica pecca la pulizia, considerato che ogni famiglia al termine delle ferie paga obbligatoriamente 50 € per pulire tutto l'appartamento mi aspettavo di trovarlo in ottime condizioni, invece il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto pulire tutto noi. Problemi con la doccia che non scarica l'acqua oltre che capelli e peli ovunque, segno che in realtà la pulizia non è stata proprio fatta. Luci che facendo contatto andavano e venivano. A parte queste cose l'appartamento ha soddisfatto le aspettative...

Mi fa piacere che abbiate apprezzato l'appartamento. Mi spiace molto per l'inconveniente delle pulizie, anche se mi sorprende dato che nessun altro ha avuto questo problema. È un peccato che questa comunicazione non sia stata fatta subito all'inizio del soggiorno perchè, avere un feedback dagli ospiti è sempre importante e inoltre avrei potuto riferirlo all'addetta delle pulizie, alla quale io giro la cifra da voi pagata, che avrebbe dovuto provvedere. Grazie per i vostri suggerimenti. Davide

Appartamento confortevole

Io mia moglie e i miei figli di 14 e 9 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento bello, pulito dotato di tutto . Spazioso e anche il terrazzo ospita tranquillamente 4 persone . Comodissima la piscina con piccolo trampolino e comode sdraio. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Comodissimo il residence vicino a supermercato e negozi e alla passeggiata che di sera si anima . Consiglierò senz'altro ad amici .

Un piacevole soggiorno

Appartamento vivibile, funzionale e completo del necessario, dotato di un balcone spazioso sul quale poter cenare. Adatto anche a famiglie con bambini ( noi siamo una coppia ): oltre alla camera da letto in cui è presente un letto matrimoniale + un letto singolo, in sala c'è un divano letto. La casa è dotata di 2 ampie armadiature, comode per soggiorni lunghi. L'unica cosa che è bene far presente, anche se per noi non è stato un ostacolo, è che l'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore. La località Marina di Bibbona è piccola e provvista di famacia, bancomat, supermercati, ristoranti..quindi "comoda" se si decide di fare una vacanza senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Anche le spiagge, sia libere che attrezzate ( noi stavamo al bagno Cormorano ) sono raggiungibili a piedi, 15 min. Consiglio di andare a vedere Volterra, di andare a cena a Castagneto Carducci e di provare il ristorante "da Sauro" a Marina di Bibbona. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta dell'alloggio , della cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario, e della località. Sicuramente se valutassi una prossima vacanza nella zona tornerei.
