About this property

Romantic cottage, cared for and comfortable, near the seaside and the village

The little cottage, now completely restructured, was already known in Montescudaio at the beginning of the century. Housewives used to bring their baskets full of laundry here and spend time in this idyllic place, working and chatting. Today this 48 square metre stone cottage is just 600 metre from the village centre and has become a romantic place for relaxing with its splendid view over the surrounding hills. Furnished with much love, this house has a studio apartment of approximately 30 square metres with cooking area, dining table, chairs and fireplace on one side, and a double bed on the other. It all makes a cared for, comfortable atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. A small terrace in front of the house invites you to eat your meals outside and enjoy the beautiful views. Car parking is next to the house. A romantic corner for two!

Hübsches Häuschen in schönerUmgebung

Wer gerne Ruhe mag und einen weiten Ausblick schätzt, ist hier richtig. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit Allem, was man braucht. Sehr netter Vermieter , der auch dort wohnt.

Toskanisches Urlaubsparadies

Wir haben für 8 Tage die größte Wohnung auf dem Landgut gemietet - die Mimosa. Eine Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Schon die überaus herzliche Begrüßung durch die Agentur und den Besitzer Mario - mit Obst und Gemüse und eigenem Olivenöl - war sehr angenehm. Und so fühlten wir uns die ganze Woche sehr wohl. Jede Wohnung hat ihren Außenbereich so angelegt, dass man von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommt. Man trifft sich höchstens mal an dem super gepflegten Pool. Auch für unseren Kleinsten (6 Monate alt) war alles bestens vorbereitet, ein liebevoll bezogenes Kinderbettchen, ein Kinderstuhl. Die ausstattung des ganzen Hauses ist hervorragend. Die Nähe zum Ort sehr angenehm, man kann früh zum Bäcker laufen, abends zum Essen gehen. Auch für Einkäufe ist alles in Montescudaio vorhanden. Es ist ein symphatischer Ort und nicht zu touristisch. Man sitzt mit dem Bewohnern zusammen in der kleinen Bar beim Espresso oder Eis. Zum Strand ist man in 30 Minuten gefahren - wobei mir Vada am besten gefiel. Danke nochmal an die Agentur und an Mario, wir hoffen wiederzukommen. Simone, Udo, Robert, Juliane, Barbara und die beiden Kleinsten - Klara und Hannes

Site superbe et location agréable !

L'endroit, charmant, entouré d'oliviers, est à la fois tranquille et relativement proche du centre du village. La maison est fidèle au descriptif, c'est à dire petite mais avec un équipement tout à fait satisfaisant. Le cadre et l'accueil sont très agréables. Quelques points à noter qu'il peut être utile d'anticiper : pas de connection internet wifi dans la maison ; penser à se munir de serviettes de toilette et éventuellement torchons (car ceux ci n'étaient pas inclus dans le linge de maison lors de notre séjour). Je dirais également que la literie est correcte mais sans plus (le matelas mériterait d'être changé prochainement). Ces détails ne nous ont pas empêchés de passer une excellente semaine ! L'emplacement est assez idéal permettant d'être très rapidement en bord de mer (20-25 min environ pour les sites les plus proches) ou de rejoindre facilement les villages toscans alentours ou les principales villes (SIenne, Pise, Florence).

Le charme au milieu de laToscane

Délicieuse petite maison, bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur les collines toscanes et sur un (minuscule) morceau de mer Méditerranée. L'endroit est parfait pour concilier les attraits de la mer (10 minutes en voiture) et les possibilités d'excursion vers les villes mythiques de la Toscane (Pise, Florence ou Sienne). La maison est un peu à l'écart du village, ce qui en fait un endroit très calme, mais tous les commerces et restaurants du village restent très facilement accessibles à pied. Accueil charmant de Daniela qui vous donnera tous les tuyaux sur les choses à découvrir dans la région.

Super schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen in einmaliger Lage

Wir warfen Ende Juni 2016 in Montescudaio und waren begeistert von der idyllischen Lage und dem netten kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Es ist für 2 Personen absolut geeignet und auch der schöne kleine Platz vor dem Haus bietet die Chance sich am Abend vor dem Haus an die Erlebnisse des Tages zu erinnern. In ca 20 Minuten ist man am MNeer und auch das bergige Hinterland bietet tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der überaus freundliche und sehr kompetente Service von Frau Schöneberger tut ein Übriges dazu, dass man sich in Haus Fontemaria absolut wohl fühlt. WIr können dieses kleine Häuschen nur empfehlen und wollen auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen.

sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Das kleine Einraum Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Es ist sehr gemütlich und alle Gegenstände des täglichen Lebens haben wir vorgefunden, angefangen vom Außen- und Kontaktgrill, über Reisestecker, Feuerzeug bis hin zum Fön und Nähzeug. Das Bett war bezogen und frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. Das Ferienhaus ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, außer Hühner, Hunden und Grillen hört man Nichts.Vom Küchenfenster kann man das Meer sehen und blickt in einen Olivenhain. Der Ort Montescudaio hat Alles für das tgl. Leben, kleine Geschäfte, Kiosk, Bankautomat, Kirche. Uns hat an der Lage besonders gefallen das es sehr vielseitig ist, d.h. schnell zum Strand, wo es sehr flach ist und viele Pinienwälder gibt, auf der anderen Seite Berge, toll zum Fahrrad fahren und spazieren. Die Verwalter haben uns sehr nett empfangen, gut informiert und Alles erklärt, es gab Einiges an Infomaterial über das Haus, den Ort, die Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus haben wir bereits weiter empfohlen an die Familie und Freunde, sowie Arbeitskollegen. Folgende Sachen waren unsere Highlights: -Ausflug nach Piombino, tolle Altstadt und am Golf von Barrati super Strand, sehr weites Reinlaufen ins Wasser, türkises Meer -Ausflug nach Rosignano Solvay, Strand wie in der Karibik -Ausflug nach Volterra, sehr nettes römisches Städtchen -Sonnenuntergang an der Kirche von Montescudaio, toller Blick aufs Meer Durch die Welkom Card durch den Vermieter gab es viele Vergünstigungen und sehr gute Empfehlungen.

Schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Fontemarina und sind immer wieder von dem Häuschen und seiner Lage begeistert. Es liegt an einem Olivenhain, in direkter Nachbarschaft zu privaten Gärten. Es verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse, auf der man in Ruhe den Ausblick genießen, Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann oder einfach den ab und zu vorbeifahrenden roten Fiat 500 bestaunen kann. Sie ist nicht besonders groß, für zwei Personen ist sie gerade richtig. Zu ihr gehört ein Grill, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Haus besteht aus einem größeren Raum mit Doppelbett, einer Kochzeile, einem Eßplatz, einem offenen Kamin (monolocale) sowie ein abgetrenntes Badezimmer mit einer kleinen Dusche. Selber kochen macht im Fontemarina richtig Freude, denn zum einen ist fast alles da, was man in der Küche benötigt (ein Backofen fehlt), zum anderen hat man einen faszinierenden Blick über den Olivenhain in das Cecina-Tal. Vor stechenden Insekten muss man sich nicht fürchten, denn die Fenster sind mit Mückennetzen geschützt. Vom Ortskern ist das Fontemarina lediglich 10 bis 20 Gehminuten (je nach körperlicher Kondition) entfernt. So kann man jeden Morgen bequem zum Café des Ortes, der Bar Lupo, spazieren und dort gemütlich frühstücken. Dort ist man sofort live beim Dorfleben dabei und kann dem bunten Treiben auf der Dorfstraße zuschauen. Abends kann man dort einen Aperitif genießen, und wenn man will, in einem der Restaurants zu Abend essen. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort mangelt es nicht, so gibt es einen Metzger, einen Bäcker, 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Alimentari), 2 EC-Automaten sowie einige weitere Geschäfte (Tabacchi, Ferramenta etc). So kann man alles, was man für ein (einfaches) Leben braucht direkt im Ort kaufen und ist nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen. Wer will, kann natürlich auch in die großen Supermärkte in Cecina (Conad, Coop etc) fahren{;). Am Service von Case & Colline mangelt es nicht. So bekommt man zu Beginn eine ausführliche Beschreibung des Ortes und seiner Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Empfehlungen für Exkursionen. Sollte doch unerwarteterweise ein Problem entstehen, so hilft Frau Schönenberger einem mit Rat und Tat!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Sehr professioneller Empfang mit vorbereiteter Mappe, die alle wichtige Informationen zum Haus und Ort enthielt, sowie persönliche Beratung zu unseren Fragen und umfangreiches Kartenmaterial. Die Tradition des Hauses wird erhalten und gepflegt. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Alle wichtigen Alltagsgegenstände waren vorhanden, die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, toller Blick auf die Berge und den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang, außerdem Glühwürmchen, Fledermäuse zum Beobachten - toll. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort mit kurzen Wegen. Terrasse ist toll für Mahlzeiten draußen, allerdings wäre es etwas klein zum Spielen, falls man mit Kind unterwegs ist (2+1). Alle Angaben in der Ausschreibung waren korrekt, die Fotos spiegeln treffend den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir werden wieder hinfahren.

Romantisches Haus für Zwei

Das Ferienhaus war klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Vorgarten lud ein zum morgendlichen Kaffeetrinken und abendlichen Grillen. Vom Garten aus hatte man einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal. Wenn es dunkel wurde, kamen unzählige Glühwürmchen zum Vorschein. Dies war Romantik pur. Die Küche im Wohnbereich war vollständig ausgestattet. Das kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche war ausreichend und sauber. Die Verwalterin bringt den Gast bei Ankunft direkt zum Haus. Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Kleines Idyll

WIr waren voller Vorfreude auf unsere Woche in einem süßen Häuschen in der Toskana, und ich muss sagen, dass wir in keinster Weise enttäuscht wurden. Wirklich hübsch gelegen am Hang mit Blick über ein Tal, muss man auch im im Haus auf nichts verzichten. Die Ausstattung war gut und wenn es ein Problem gab, war die hilfsbereite Vermieterin immer zu sprechen. In der Gegend gibt es viele süße kleine Orte, die touristisch nicht zu überlaufen sind und wo man noch netten Einheimischen begegnet, was in den Touristenhochburgen in der Toskana nicht selbstverständlich ist. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahegelegenen Cecina. Für kleinere Besorgungen gibt es ein paar Geschäfte im Ort. Unterm Strich kommen wir gern wieder hierher zurück und können dieses Häuschen (optimalerweise für 2 Personen) absolut empfehlen.

Faszination Pur

Also ich muß jetzt mal ein großes Lob aussprechen so ein schönes Haus mit wirklich allem vorhanden habe ich noch nie gesehen. Es liegt einfach total romantisch in einer traumhaften gegend. Auch nochmal ein großes Lob an Frau Schönenberg die uns wirklich total nett und toll empfangen und versorgt hat. Ich hoffe bei Ihnen geht alles gut und wir freuen uns schon auf´s nächste mal Brigitte und Thomas aus Tegernau

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Toskana

Wunderbares Haus, sehr romantisch, bestens Eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen einfach perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Ich will da auf alle Fälle wieder hin
