In a private road in a quiet villa with pool and sea view. The villa consists of a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a TV area, an open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Opposite the house there is a large terrace with a shaded area for lunch and dinner, a patio facing the pool and the golf of Saint Tropez terrace with outdoor lounge, outdoor barbecue. Parking for 3-4 cars.
The house is located 2 minutes from the beach of Beauvallon and its yacht club, 5 minutes from the 18 hole golf course of Beauvallon, near Grimaud Port, St Maxime and Saint Tropez.

Tolles großes Haus mit toller Aussicht auf Saint Tropez.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten zwei Mal ein Feuerwerk über Saint Tropez bewundern.Die Ausstattung ist gut, Schlafzimmer klasse und Küche Bäder auch zweckmäßig.Wir würden wieder kommen.Etwas schwierige Anfahrt, nicht geeignet für die Zufahrt mit einem breiten Auto/Van.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Anwesen erlebt. Nur waren die Räume innen ein bisschen schmuddelig. Ansonsten hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

La maison de Daphné est telle qu'elle est décrite: ancienne, pleine de recoins, chaleureuse, très calme, avec une vue époustouflante! On s'est tout de suite senti... comme à la maison! Nous étions à 7 (nous, les parents et nos trois enfants, dont deux avec leur compagnon), tous ont trouvé leur place. Et même en novembre, on a pu profité de la piscine et du jardin. On reviendra!

Sehr charmantes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt wunderschön gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit Aussicht auf die Bucht und Stadt Saint Tropez. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einen kleinen Neuanstrich. Es ist aber auch sehr charmant und unkompliert. Gemäss der Aussage der Vermieterin wird kommendes Jahr eine neue Küche montiert. Danke nochmals und beste Grüsse Attila

MERVEILLEUX

Accueil formidable et chaleureux, maison propre, jardin très bien entretenu. Nous sommes triste d’avoir quitté ce petit havre de paix, tout était parfait. Je ne me peux que recommander cette adresse qui est un lieu de villégiature merveilleux pour se reposer et profiter de la beauté du golf de st tropez ainsi que toutes les activités autour (golf, bateau, restaurants super bons, plage privée en bas de la maison….).

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Daphné. La maison est merveilleuse, tout est bien entretenu, propre et la décoration est soignée. La vue mer est magnifique. Les différents espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Valérie la gardienne toujours présente au moindre soucie ainsi que Daphné. L’accueil est irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous reviendrons plus longtemps avec plaisir.

ACHTUNG! Haus ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand

Zunächst die gute Nachricht: Das Haus an sich ist architektonisch sehr schön mit guter Raumaufteilung, großzügigem Außenbereich mit Pool und herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. ABER: Das Haus und der ursprünglich sehr schön angelegte Garten sind total ungepflegt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es ist offensichtlich, dass dort jahrelang nichts gemacht wurde. UND NOCH VIEL SCHLIMMER: Das Haus wurde seit längerem schon nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Alles ist verstaubt und schmutzig. Lichtschalter, Steckdosen, Regale, Schränke alles sehr dreckig. Auf den Kassetten der Türen findet sich Staub von Monaten. Insbesondere die Bäder mussten erst von uns gereinigt werden, bevor sie benutzbar waren. Wir mieten schon seit über zehn Jahren Häuser in dieser Region und haben so etwas noch nie erlebt. Die Vermieterin Daphne war zwar sehr bemüht und hat angeboten, dass während unseres Aufenthalts noch mal nachgereinigt wird. Das hätte aber aus unserer Sicht keinen Sinn gemacht, da es Tage dauern würde bis das Haus in einem adäquaten Zustand ist. Sehr schade um das eigentlich tolle Haus.

Dommage tout est très sale, vaisselle ébréchée, cuisine très sales. Jardin pas du tout entretenu, linge de lit douteux. Jamais eu une location aussi sale . Vraiment dommage. Il n’y a qu’une seule personne pour l’entretien intérieur. Jardin depuis longtemps pas entretenu. Piscine impeccable.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Garten , Sitzmöglichkeiten und Extras. Alles schön angeordnet für einen Urlaub zum entspannen. Gartenmöbel super ausreichend und gepflegt. Ausreichend Platz auf dem Grundstück für die Fahrzeuge. Im Haus alles vorhanden aber wir waren nur draussen. Traumwetter , Traumhaus,Traumurlaub !

Typisch südfranzösisches Haus mit toller Lage

Wer ein südfranzösisches Haus mit uneinsehbarem, schönem Garten sucht, ist hier richtig. Viel Charme und ein toller Blick auf Saint-Tropez. Gastgeberin Daphne hat jederzeit auf unsere Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Lediglich das WLAN war zu schwach (für 3 Teenagern). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très belles vacances

Le descriptif est conforme aux photos, nous n'avons eu aucunes mauvaises surprises à notre arrivée. La vue sur le golf de saint tropez est à couper le souffle. Elle est magnifique, plus belle que sur les photos. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien aménagés. La maison est agréable et bien entretenue, les propriétaires sont adorables, ils nous avez mis à disposition les bonnes adresses et les activités touristiques à faire dans le coin. Nous avons découvert port grimaud avec les petits bateaux sans permis, je vous le recommande. Mon mari faisait de la planche à voile au club nautique à la plage en bas de la maison. Nous pensons réserver à nouveau cette maison l'année prochaine.

Séjour extraordinaire

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli par la maîtresse de maison de manière très chaleureuse. Un déjeuner était prévu à notre arrivée avec une bouteille de rosé au frais. Après 8h de route, nous avons apprécié cette attention. La maison est très bien située à 5min de la plage de Beauvallon, où les enfants ont profité du club nautique et se sont fait des amis. Elle est dans un chemin privée, au calme et au milieu des cigales. La maison est bien décorée, le linge est propre et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour des vacances avec enfants, tout est fait pour se sentir bien et se relaxer. On reviendra l'année prochaine.
