On the plus side the villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. The pool is lovely and well maintained. Sabrina, who manages the property, was attentive and quick to respond. Unfortunately the villa is in need of some improvements. It would benefit from a jet wash and a complete repaint outside as it is black in multiple places which is a great shame. There was aso a lot of dirt annd rubbish under the seating able that we swept. Internally, it needs a deep clean. At surface level the villa inside appears clean, and I don’t doubt cleaners had attended prior to our stay, however the toilets are dirty with a slight smell of urine and brown stains inside the toilet bowl (all the brown was removed by is once bleached), food on top of the kitchen table which hadn’t been wiped, dirty kitchen cupboards with out of date food in them and dirty kitchen drawers. We washed up all cutlery and crockery before first use. Additionally, there were stains on the sofa and broken drawer handles in every bedroom. It’s a shame that we have given some negative comments, and we appreciate that people have different standards of cleanliness, however we paid a premium price for the villa and it it fell short of our expectations. Personally, we’d give it a 6/10, however it could so easily be a 9/10 with some attention and deep cleaning.

Tolles großes Haus mit toller Aussicht auf Saint Tropez.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten zwei Mal ein Feuerwerk über Saint Tropez bewundern.Die Ausstattung ist gut, Schlafzimmer klasse und Küche Bäder auch zweckmäßig.Wir würden wieder kommen.Etwas schwierige Anfahrt, nicht geeignet für die Zufahrt mit einem breiten Auto/Van.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Anwesen erlebt. Nur waren die Räume innen ein bisschen schmuddelig. Ansonsten hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fabuleux

La maison de Daphné est telle qu'elle est décrite: ancienne, pleine de recoins, chaleureuse, très calme, avec une vue époustouflante! On s'est tout de suite senti... comme à la maison! Nous étions à 7 (nous, les parents et nos trois enfants, dont deux avec leur compagnon), tous ont trouvé leur place. Et même en novembre, on a pu profité de la piscine et du jardin. On reviendra!

Sehr charmantes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt wunderschön gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit Aussicht auf die Bucht und Stadt Saint Tropez. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einen kleinen Neuanstrich. Es ist aber auch sehr charmant und unkompliert. Gemäss der Aussage der Vermieterin wird kommendes Jahr eine neue Küche montiert. Danke nochmals und beste Grüsse Attila

MERVEILLEUX

Accueil formidable et chaleureux, maison propre, jardin très bien entretenu. Nous sommes triste d’avoir quitté ce petit havre de paix, tout était parfait. Je ne me peux que recommander cette adresse qui est un lieu de villégiature merveilleux pour se reposer et profiter de la beauté du golf de st tropez ainsi que toutes les activités autour (golf, bateau, restaurants super bons, plage privée en bas de la maison….).

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Daphné. La maison est merveilleuse, tout est bien entretenu, propre et la décoration est soignée. La vue mer est magnifique. Les différents espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Valérie la gardienne toujours présente au moindre soucie ainsi que Daphné. L’accueil est irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous reviendrons plus longtemps avec plaisir.

ACHTUNG! Haus ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand

Zunächst die gute Nachricht: Das Haus an sich ist architektonisch sehr schön mit guter Raumaufteilung, großzügigem Außenbereich mit Pool und herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. ABER: Das Haus und der ursprünglich sehr schön angelegte Garten sind total ungepflegt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es ist offensichtlich, dass dort jahrelang nichts gemacht wurde. UND NOCH VIEL SCHLIMMER: Das Haus wurde seit längerem schon nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Alles ist verstaubt und schmutzig. Lichtschalter, Steckdosen, Regale, Schränke alles sehr dreckig. Auf den Kassetten der Türen findet sich Staub von Monaten. Insbesondere die Bäder mussten erst von uns gereinigt werden, bevor sie benutzbar waren. Wir mieten schon seit über zehn Jahren Häuser in dieser Region und haben so etwas noch nie erlebt. Die Vermieterin Daphne war zwar sehr bemüht und hat angeboten, dass während unseres Aufenthalts noch mal nachgereinigt wird. Das hätte aber aus unserer Sicht keinen Sinn gemacht, da es Tage dauern würde bis das Haus in einem adäquaten Zustand ist. Sehr schade um das eigentlich tolle Haus.

Liebe Floriant, Ich bin schockiert über Ihren respektlosen und unehrlichen Kommentar zu den Leuten, die gekommen sind, um das Haus, den Garten und den Pool zu reinigen (8 Stunden Reinigung, 3 Stunden Gartenarbeit und 1 Stunde Poolpflege). Sie hatten mich einige Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft um eine Teilrückerstattung gebeten, weil weniger von Ihnen kamen. Ich bin nicht verantwortlich für Ihre Launen Ihrer Gruppe. Ich habe Ihnen eine volle Rückerstattung angeboten, Sie haben abgelehnt. Vielleicht ist das der Grund für Ihre Unzufriedenheit? Auf der Terrasse lag kein Blatt (unterstützendes Foto vor Ihrer Ankunft), der Innenraum war sauber (unterstützendes Foto, das von der Reinigungsfirma am Tag Ihrer Ankunft aufgenommen wurde). Ich habe sogar angeboten, Ihnen das Restaurant anzubieten, wenn Sie einen Wasserhahn wechseln. Du hast es kategorisch abgelehnt. Du hast all deine Mülleimer und Schnapsflaschen im Garten und im Haus gelassen. Sie wurden nicht in den Müllcontainer geworfen. Und Sie behaupten, sauber zu sein? Ich melde Ihren hasserfüllten Kommentar für Tourismusfachleute.

Emplacement , maison, accueil très chaleureux piscine extraordinaires

Dommage tout est très sale, vaisselle ébréchée, cuisine très sales. Jardin pas du tout entretenu, linge de lit douteux. Jamais eu une location aussi sale . Vraiment dommage. Il n’y a qu’une seule personne pour l’entretien intérieur. Jardin depuis longtemps pas entretenu. Piscine impeccable.

Bonjour Madame, Je ne comprends pas votre message, je vous ai eu au téléphone, et vous m’avez dit après votre arrivée que tout allé très bien. Que la maison était merveilleuse. Vous avez juste évoqué un problème de télévision dans une chambre, mais vous m’avez dit que c’était pas grave. J’ai une entreprise de ménage qui vient faire le nettoyage complet de la maison. Si il y avait un problème d’hygiène, vous auriez due me le dire et l’entreprise serait revenue. Je suis très surprise de votre commentaire. D’autant plus l’entreprise après votre départ m’a envoyé des photos de taches de vins sur le canapé (qu’il n’y avait pas à votre arrivée). Les coussins extérieur sales. Les draps et serviettes sont lavés a 60 degrés, avec un désinfectant. La propreté du linge n’est pas « douteuse ». Vous êtes venus avec 3 chiens, sans me le dire. J’autorise 1 ou 2 petits chiens. Il y a des poils de chiens de partout…. Si vous aviez eu le moindre désagrément durant votre séjour, pourquoi ne pas m’en avoir informée? Je suis très étonnée de ce commentaire qui ne reflète pas la réalité.

Traumhafter kann ein Ausblick nicht sein !

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Garten , Sitzmöglichkeiten und Extras. Alles schön angeordnet für einen Urlaub zum entspannen. Gartenmöbel super ausreichend und gepflegt. Ausreichend Platz auf dem Grundstück für die Fahrzeuge. Im Haus alles vorhanden aber wir waren nur draussen. Traumwetter , Traumhaus,Traumurlaub !

Typisch südfranzösisches Haus mit toller Lage

Wer ein südfranzösisches Haus mit uneinsehbarem, schönem Garten sucht, ist hier richtig. Viel Charme und ein toller Blick auf Saint-Tropez. Gastgeberin Daphne hat jederzeit auf unsere Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Lediglich das WLAN war zu schwach (für 3 Teenagern). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très belles vacances

Le descriptif est conforme aux photos, nous n'avons eu aucunes mauvaises surprises à notre arrivée. La vue sur le golf de saint tropez est à couper le souffle. Elle est magnifique, plus belle que sur les photos. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien aménagés. La maison est agréable et bien entretenue, les propriétaires sont adorables, ils nous avez mis à disposition les bonnes adresses et les activités touristiques à faire dans le coin. Nous avons découvert port grimaud avec les petits bateaux sans permis, je vous le recommande. Mon mari faisait de la planche à voile au club nautique à la plage en bas de la maison. Nous pensons réserver à nouveau cette maison l'année prochaine.

Séjour extraordinaire

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli par la maîtresse de maison de manière très chaleureuse. Un déjeuner était prévu à notre arrivée avec une bouteille de rosé au frais. Après 8h de route, nous avons apprécié cette attention. La maison est très bien située à 5min de la plage de Beauvallon, où les enfants ont profité du club nautique et se sont fait des amis. Elle est dans un chemin privée, au calme et au milieu des cigales. La maison est bien décorée, le linge est propre et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour des vacances avec enfants, tout est fait pour se sentir bien et se relaxer. On reviendra l'année prochaine.
