Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette maison. La vue et la végétation sont magnifiques et les échanges avec la propriétaire très agréables. La piscine est grande et très bien exposée. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Ein kleines sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit einem gepflegten Garten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, schnell und hilfreich. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit herrlichem Blick über die Cote d‘Azure

Wir haben zwei wunderbare und erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten geschützten Anlage (Zufahrtsbeschränkung mit Schranke). Wir waren von der Größe des Grundstücks (Nachbarn gibt es aber man sieht sie nicht) sehr positiv überrascht. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht von St. Tropez. Der Pool ist groß und die Bäume am Pool spenden angenehmen Schatten an heißen Sommertagen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern (klimatisiert) bequem. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm. Sie ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und eine rundum unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! In Summe ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic views and great pool

Really good contact with the owner throughout, the villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the bay of St Tropez and the beautiful area. A really nice pool and would love to go back. The villa is set in a large private residence area with a barrier (code given) to go through to get to it. It also has a large metal gate at night which give added security.

Un bel environnement

Points forts : - extérieurs (jardin et piscine) - maison "simple" mais "pratique" - emplacement proche mer, Ste MAXIME, St TROPEZ … (nécessité d'avoir un véhicule pour les courses mais étions prévenu par la propriétaire) - réactivité de la propriétaire en cas de besoin Points faibles : - pas si calme au final car villa située dans une résidence où les maisons sont proches et où au moins 1 fois par jour avons eu des occupants plus ou moins proches passant le souffleur … voir tronçonneuse même si interdit ! Sans compter des voisins très bruyants la seconde semaine … - mobilier piscine très limité (heureusement que nous n'étions pas 5) et 2 parasols (contre 1 sur place) ne seraient pas de trop (1 pour terrasse proche maison et 1 autre pour abords piscine) Mais encore une fois globalement un séjour bien sympathique.
