Belle location, proche des plages et des sites à visiter

Location bien située dans San Remo, proche des plages et de sites à visiter. La maison est excentrée de l'agitation du centre et du bruit tout en étant proche et disposant de toutes les commodités. Les photos sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité et votre hôte, Laura est très accueillante, de bons conseils tout en étant discrète. Nous recommandons cette location pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Riviera di Fiori.

Nette Vermieter, keine schöne Wohnung

Die Doppelhaushälfte hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Nur 1 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist okay, allerdings wie alle Zimmer ohne Schränke, nur mit offenen Kleiderstangen und Hängefächern. Das 2. Schlafzimmer im 1. OG ist ohne Aussenfenster, hat dafür ein „Fenster“ zum Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das 3. Schlafzimmer im 1. OG ist kein Zimmer, sondern ein Durchgangsbereich mit 1,70 m Deckenhöhe, zum Treppenhaus und zum Wohnzimmer offen, mit Durchgang zum 2. Schlafzimmer und zum WC. Die Möbel und das Besteck, Geschirr etc. sind alt, zusammengewürfelt und wacklig sowohl draußen als auch im Haus. Leider war es auch nicht sonderlich sauber bei unserer Ankunft, der Fliesenboden ist zum Teil kaputt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben schnell geholfen (Maus im Haus, Sicherung raus). Die Verständigung auf Italienisch war etwas schwierig, da deutsch gar nicht geht und englisch im Prinzip auch nicht. Die Lage ist okay, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum und durch einen steilen, schiefen Treppenweg mit der Stadt verbunden ( ca. 12 Etagen). Der Ausblick auf das Meer, wenn man sich an die Grundstücksmauer stellt, ist schön. Sanremo und die Umgebung sind toll, daher haben wir den Urlaub genossen,obwohl die Wohnung nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Vieles könnte mit wenig Geld stark verbessert werden. Schade!

Liebe Annette, ich danke dir für deine Bewertung, aber es tut mir sehr leid, dass du dich in meinem Haus nicht wohl gefühlt hast. Ich wollte auf einige Ihrer Referenzen hinweisen. Für das, was ‚auf Ihr Zimmer in Bezug auf, und‘ wie auf der Website beschrieben und für das, was ‚in Bezug auf die Schränke ein Ferienhaus in Meinung Mine ist nicht notwendig, aber sind viel mehr‘ nützlich Racks mit Rädern führen, dass Sie verschieben können je von Nutzen. "Die Fliese, die Sie angeschlagen gefunden haben und" Schaden verursacht durch einen früheren Gast und aus Zeitgründen konnte ich nicht ersetzen. Denn was "in Bezug auf die deutsche Sprache nicht" in der Site in den Sprachen bekannt ist. Für kann, da die oben genannte Skala nicht richtig, was in Bezug auf die Lage des Hauses auf die Treppe bezieht sich mit der Stadt verbindet "finden und‚vicinal und nicht-kommunale und dann und‘offen für Gäste ausschließlich als Abkürzung in die Stadt‚und e‘ also ein nicht-obligatorischer Gefallen. Ein Mediterranes Haus komplett ausgestattet in ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz

Das einzige, was fehlt ist eine holländische oder deutsche Kaffeemaschine und/oder ein Wasserkocher und ein Abfluss auf der Abzugshaube. Weil in jedem Raum ein Ventilator ist kan man, auch wann es sehr warm ist, gut schlafen in gute Betten. Wenn es nicht zu warm ist kann man leicht und schnell entlang der Küste laufen. Es gibt eine schöne und teilweise uberdachte Terrasse.

Magnifique , impecable ,

Très belle petite maison avec le confort que l'on a besoins en vacances , La propriétaire est très souriante , gentille et disponible si c'est nécessaire . La region est magnifique , nous vous recommandons si vous aimez de partir a la découverte des petits villages percher sur les collines TRIORA le village des sorcières , SEBORGA une principauté qu'il faut visiter avec son restaurant au sommet pour un prix plus qu'abordable , DOLCEACQUA traverser son petit pont et entrer dans un ancien monde soit il y en tellement que je ne pourrais pas vous les énumérer ici . La maison était impeccable , Sanremo est magnifique et puis a un jet de pierre de Monaco a visiter aussi Merci a Mme Laura pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ,ses délicieuses tomates et pour le bon basilique , location a refaire absolument Didier , Annick , Laura & Samantha de Belgique .

Alles in Ordnung, nur die Duschbrause müsste erneuert werden.

Sehr schöne Aussicht. Strand liegt den steilen Berg runter. Kann man auch zu Fuß schaffen,wer lieber Auto stehen lassen möchte.

Perfetto !

Vacances parfaites ! L'appartement est spacieux, très propres et identiques aux photos du site. Espace extérieur idéal avec enfants. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et se fut vraiment parfait. Nous retiendrons la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons !
