NEW 2016, the road is now paved :))))
Come and recharge your batteries in Haute-Corse for a weekend, a week in a pretty stone house with four beds.
You will get there by a small dirt road, the accommodation is air conditioned and fully equipped, nestled in front of the Aiguilles de POPOLASCA and at the foot of Monte-Cinto (the highest peak in CORSICA), a splendid view from the accommodation and above all the calm absolute ....
The small village of Moltifao is in the heart of the Regional Park, ideal for walks and hikes (GR20) as well as for outdoor activities: Mouflon house, turtle village, via ferrata nearby ... but not only because 20 minutes (by car) from the accommodation you have the most beautiful beaches in BALAGNE (Lozari, Ostriconi, ...).
You will be 5 minutes walk from the gorges of ASCO.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war bei Christelle war wunderschön; das Appartment, das etwas tiefer als das Nebenhaus liegt und keinen direkten Blick auf den Monte Cinto hat (ist aber kein Problem, weil jeder Ausblick dort super ist) war mega sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und auch die Terrasse, die wunderschön ist, ist bestens ausgestattet mit Gasgrill, Webergrill und einem Pizzaofen. Christelle ist sehr herzlich und hat uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Einzig wir haben Fliegengitter vermisst; Vielen lieben Dank Christelle😀

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und fantastischer Ort. Der wunderbare Aussenbereich ist wie ein weiteres Zimmer. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Trips ins Landesinnere, wie auch an das Meer (ca. 30 Min.). Bach in der Nähe, in welchem man wunderbar am Abend noch ein Bad nehmen kann.

Traumhafte Unterkunft, um das Asco-Tal zu entdecken

Da wir im Vorfeld eine super Wegbeschreibung zum Erreichen der Lokation bekommen haben, verlief die Anreise vollkommen problemlos. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben auch gleich wertvolle Tipps zur Region bekommen. Der Hauptgrund unseres Aufenthalts war der Monte Cinto, für den die Ferienwohung ein super „Basislager“ darstellt (ca. 35 Min Fahrt bis zum Ausgangspunkt). Aber auch für das Rennrad ist die Wohnung ein super Ausgangspunkt, da man direkt auf sehr wenig befahrene, aber super asphaltierte Bergsträßchen starten kann. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und vor allem die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Da möchte man gar nicht weg ;) Oder einfach wiederkommen...

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette location. Jean Charles a été au petit soin avec nous, très attentif à toutes nos envies et besoins. Il a été de très bon conseil pour toutes les sorties possibles (Rando, rivières, piscines naturelles, mer tc...). Le coin regorge de possibilités, nous avons été enchantés. La location est superbe, fonctionnelle et soignée, pleine de charme et est disposée dans un calme absolu avec une vue bien sympathique. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist mitten in der Wildnis und direkt im Asco-Tal mit dem höchsten Berg Korsikas. Für Strandausflüge kommt man in ca. 30min mit dem Auto an die ersten Strände der Nordküste. Der Pizzaofen funktioniert auch sehr gut, die freilaufenden Kühe sind neugierig aber harmlos. Das Internet funktioniert, wie in allen unseren Unterkünften auf Korsika, sehr gut. Wir hatten tolle 4 Tage in Moltifao.

Un havre de paix

Location très propre, fonctionnelle, et très calme. Le propriétaire Jean-Charles est une personne très sympathique, de très bons conseils pour les activités à pratiquer dans la région. Korsika im Innern ist auch schön

Wir haben uns in diesem Objekt im Oktober 1,5 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht war toll - Morgensonne und abends Sternenhimmel. Tagsüber wenn mal nicht unterwegs sein will, dauerhaft Sonne zum Sonnen. Ansonsten gut zum Wandern und zum Strand 30 Min. mit dem Auto. Einziges Manco - das Schlafsofa im Wohn-Essbereich quietscht ziemlich. Wir kommen gern wieder .

Ruhig mit genialer Aussicht

Wir waren im September für 14 Tage mit Hund dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein und sehr sauber, und mit der Terrasse als Erweiterung des Wohnraums war alles super. Jean-Charles und seine Frau sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen, auch mit nur rudimentären Französischkenntnissen klappte die Verständigung sehr gut! Zum Abschied gab es eine Flasche Wein und Canistrelli :-) bei Fragen kann man sich an sie wenden, ansonsten ist man für sich. Der Blick in die Berge ist unbezahlbar, und die Lage ist gut, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden (ca. 15 Minuten bis Ponte Lecchia mit Supermarkt und Bäckerei, 30 Minuten bis Corte, in die Castagnicchia oder nach Haut-Asco, 1 Stunde bis St.Florent, 3 Stunden zum Capu Rosso; man muss bedenken, dass aufgrund der kurvigen Straßen die Fahrt abseits der Hauptstraßen deutlich länger dauert). Eine Badestelle am Fluss ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Haus kann man Milane beobachten, und Kühe kommen täglich zu Besuch. Ein Gecko wohnt unter der Regenrinne und zeigt sich manchmal abends. Die Zufahrt mit der Brücke ist im ersten Moment etwas abenteuerlich, aber ein guter Einstieg in die korsischen Straßenverhältnisse :-) Einziges Manko für verwöhnte Mitteleuropäer: das Bett ist nur 140 cm breit ;-) Wir fanden es trotzdem super und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!
