Great outdoor space

Well equipped house for 10 people, excellent outdoor space, great pool and lounging area. Just a few mins walk to the beach too!

spacious, nice pool area and located near the sea

we enjoyed the stay very much. Organisationally, everything went very well, very gentle communication with the owners. The object is large, kitchens very well equipped and there is big garden where you could play with the kids. In particular the pool area is great, lots of possibilities to relax of have lunch / dinner outside. The object is a 2mins walk to a very nice beach.

Beautiful location

The property is located in a quiet, peaceful spot close to a number of beaches, bakeries, markets and other things to do. It was safe environment and the house itself was very well equipped, the pool was excellent. A big garden with plenty of room for games and parking. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday close to beaches and sitting round the pool. Thanks too to Olivier and Monique for welcoming us into their beautiful home and excellent communication when we needed any help or advice.

Maison idéale pour une configuration familiale, un grand jardin, une très belle piscine, et différents espaces! L'emplacement est canon, on recommande en tout point ! Merci

Sommerurlaub in der Rémigeasse

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf der Insel & hatten sehr viel Zeit im Haus & Garten verbracht. Grillen ist hervorragend möglich & der Pool recht gross - ideal für Familien mit Kinder. Unverständlich ist, dass der Roboter im Pool ständig aktiviert sein muss. Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider nicht gut gereinigt: Böden teilweise staubig, Essensreste in Besteckschubladen & Terrasse nicht gefegt. Die Matratzen waren OK, aber die Bettgestelle eher spartanisch. Bäder & Möbel bräuchten unbedingt mal eine Revision. Tennisplatz war leider nicht verfügbar, da dieser nicht öffentlich ist. Insgesamt ist das Haus natürlich klasse, gut gelegen & sehr schönes Aussengelände, aber hat eher den Charakter eines Privathauses anstatt eines Feriendomizils.

Un Noël au bord de la mer

Une très grande maison pour se réunir en famille sans être les uns sur les autres. 2 cuisines et 2 espaces salons pour pouvoir partager de bons moments et pouvoir disposer chacun de son espace. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et ont répondu à toutes nos questions, même pendant le séjour. La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Très agréable séjour sur l'Ile d'Oléron

Überwachte Ferien

Schönes Haus, toller Garten mit traumhaftem Pool. Nicht für 10 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet, da 2 Doppelbetten zu schmal sind. Die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe war lediglich passabel. Überhaupt nicht schön war, dass nicht nur vorne im Eingangsbereich Kameras aufgestellt sind, sondern auch der Poolbereich die ganze Zeit videoüberwacht ist. Als wir diese Kamera zugehängt haben, weil wir nicht die ganze Zeit beobachtet werden wollten, war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unerfreulich. Es erfolgten Drohungen und Anschuldigungen. Erfreulich war die schnelle Regelung, da wir 2 zusätzliche Kinder dabei hatten, hier mussten wir berechtigter Weise nachzahlen. Die Lage ist toll, der Strand nah, Tennisplätze prima!

Noël à Oléron

Avons passé un bon moment en famille. Le quartier est calme et proche de la plage. Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre confort. A Bientot

Great time at La Remigeasse

Six friends traveling together: we had some great days in the house in La Remigeasse. Two fully equipped kitchens and a huge plot of land around the house (which provided heavenly quietness) combined with the beach close by gave us a marvellous time. Would have loved to spend some more time there! A bientôt!

Maison et propriétaires tres agréables

Cette propriété est très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et permet d'être très à l'aise même à plus de 10 personnes. Le jardin et la terrasse sont également très confortables et bien équipés pour profiter de la douceur du climat de l'ile. Le quartier est très calme et une belle plage est toute proche. Les propriétaires sont vraiment à l'écoute et "aux petits soins" avec les clients. Bref rien à redire, même la météo a été parfaite pendant notre séjour.
