TWILIGHT MOON RANCH... as featured on Paramount's "Yellowstone" is located just 22 minutes East of Park City's Main Street. The main Ranch House can sleep up to 22. For an additional charge, the Barn House can accommodate an additional 10 person. Total possible guests is 32. Both houses have their own private fishing & swimming ponds.

Twilight Moon Ranch's "RANCH HOUSE"... is what is listed for the posted daily rate (does NOT include the "BARN HOUSE"). If you would like to rent the entire Ranch it can accommodate up to 32. Ask for more details and rates for BOTH. The BARN HOUSE is not available to rent by itself. It is ONLY available with entire Ranch rental.

THE RANCH:
The TWILIGHT MOON RANCH is located in the gorgeous ranching/farming community of Oakley, in the Kamas Valley, surrounded by the High Uintah Mountains. Just 25 minutes from Park City, & 45 minutes from SLC Airport. The ranch was featured on the Paramount TV series "Yellowstone", during Season 3. Also featured in The Robb Report's the best "Eight Luxury Retreats that will give you the Ultimate Cowboy Vacation" .

Has 16 private acres of tranquil horse & cattle pasture, with a trout filled natural fishing lakes. Catch & Release ONLY.

This is the perfect mountain retreat for families. We do NOT allow Weddings, Special Events, or large parties. Very discerning Owners.

Just close enough to Park City to be convenient, but far enough away that you are not in the midst of that hustle, bustle, traffic, and confusion.. You may want to never leave!

Outside: OH WHAT VIEWS, including a 12 person Hot Tub, Viking BBQ, 70 inch LED TV, covered dining area, fire pit, entry. All surrounded by your own private spectacular trout fishing lake, with rock waterfalls.

Park City, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort is only a short 25 minute drive. The Weber River, (an acclaimed fly fishing river) is only 1/2 mile away. There is fly fishing, river rafting, mountain hiking, road and mountain biking, horse back riding... all just a few miles away. The property is located on a private gated lane, situated on 16 acres of serene and beautiful horse pasture, all with 360 degrees of mountain peaks. Occasionally, you may see the areas wildlife (deer and elk) while outside fishing in the pond, relaxing in the hot tub, out with the horses, or dining around the fire pit. We also have an acre of green grass... for family sports and games, and an in-ground trampoline.

The convergence of mountains, horse & cattle pastures, streams, and cowboy culture all meet here in Oakley. We are just far enough away from Park City (only 25 to conveniently get into Old Town to dine at world class restaurants, party at Sundance Film Festival, or have a day of skiing and snowboarding. Then a short easy drive back home to the Twilight Moon Ranch.

Our family left Park City (after over 30 years), when we found this beautiful piece of horse ranch property in the beautiful and tranquil Kamas Valley, where we built our dream. If you seek some "Country", sitting around the camp fire as the suns sets to the West, while staying at a beautiful Ranch... this may be your place.

THE RANCH HOUSE:
This "Mountain Contemporary Ranch House" sleeps up to 22, all in beds.

It has a Gourmet Kitchen for the Master Chef... top of the line Viking Appliances and all the cooking tools (BUT, the magnificent panoramic views may make it hard to keep on cooking). There is an upstairs kids game room (air hockey, foosball, card table, X-BOX X), and a Sports Bar area. Six beautiful bedrooms (all with King Beds, and 2 Masters)... PLUS a kid's bunk room that sleeps 10 kids, (two per full, one per twin). Perfect for Family Reunions... for those special family times. We built it to accommodate our own large family... fun times, laughter, meals, and games.

Huge Great Room, with a 22' tall stone fireplace, 80 inch TV, Restoration Hardware leather couches, and seating for large gatherings.

THE BARN HOUSE, @ Journey's End:
Only available for overflow, from the main Ranch House (at an additional cost), as an additional opportunity for Family Reunions. Sleeps up to additional 10. The Barn House is ONLY available on a limited basis, for larger families, (for The Grand Parents., for example).. who want the "family time"... but also want some Peace & Quiet. The Barn House is located across the pasture, just 1/4 mile away. The tranquility includes sitting "on the lake", to read a book, listen to the birds, watch the wildlife, cows and horses, watch the setting sun, and contemplate a life well-lived. The Ranch House includes 3 bedrooms, it's own lake, cedar hot tub, fire ring, trampoline, grass play area, and an amazing sports bar (which opens up onto the lake). Two king bed bedrooms, and a “family suite” bedroom, with King, Queen, Full, Twin. NEVER available separately to rent.
