This modern villa with wides and bright spaces, invites you to be enveloped by the light and warmth of the city. The private pool and the home theather will do the rest so that the time can not be better utilized.
The space
The house has exclusive services such as the private pool and terrace with a balinese bed and sun beds. It is equipped with high speed internet service (600MB), television in all rooms with NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO and soundproof cinema room with videogame area.

The house has central heating and air conditioning in all the rooms. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as cleaning material and basic cooking products such salt, oil or spies. It can be request – without any extra cost -, a baby’s crib, stroller, toys and highchair .

Built on two floors, the house can comfortably accommodate, with 3 double bedrooms, groups up to 10 people.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. There is a dishwasher, American fridge, a coffee capsule machine, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster.
The house also has two bathrooms and a toilet room. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a jacuzzi and a shower. Hair dryer and hair iron are also included.

- Dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sunbeds, 2 sofas, 1 Balinese bed and swimming pool.

GROUND FLOOR
- Living room with 2 armchairs

- Cinema: fully equipped room with HD projector, ATMOS sound and a huge DVD collection and sofa bed

Fijne villa in rustig buitenwijkje

De villa was in perfecte staat, super schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Contact met de eigenaar verliep vlot en efficiënt. Afstand naar het centrum van Valencia en het strand was iets langer dan wij hadden verwacht.

Une villa manifique!!

Un petit paradis sur terre. Nous avont passé une semaine de rêve dans cette villa. Que dire de son proprietaire!!! Rosana est un ange! Gentille, emable et simpatique. La villa est tout simplement manifique dans un cadre merveilleux. Le soleil etait presant toute la semaine. J´y retournerai avec plaisir.

Impresive new house, very well located. The owners were realy nice and helpfull. Thank you very much to Rosana. I recomend it to everyone. We spent a week in it and we were delighted. We intend to go back next year.

A hundred years ago Burjassot was a village just outside Valencia. These days it has completely merged with the city, but retains its village feel.

Very spacious modern house 240m2 with own cinema room. Old bread factory completely restored in 2007.Terrace with pool can be used year round. Peaceful area with easy access to center and beach.
All mod cons: Central Heating /Aircon/ washing machine.


TERRACE
- Dining table, sitting area, 2 deck chairs and fully tiled swimming pool.

GROUND FLOOR
- Huge open plan living area:
- Sitting area with sofa, 43” tv
- Kitchen with corian work surfaces and all mod-cons: dish-washer, microwave, oven, induction hub

UPPER FLOOR
- Hallway "bridge" with skylights
- Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
- Second bedroom with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath + separate shower + walk-in closet.
- Third bedroom with a fold out Futon bed
- Washing room with washing machine and access to the second terrace that is mainly used for drying clothes.
