Spectacular apartment located in the maritime front of Ciudad Diagonal, in front of the port FORUM, CCIB. Very nice apartment in Torre Forum building capacity will preferably include for a family (maximum 5 people). Located on the seafront. Near Port Forum. 500 meters from the Diagonal shopping center, 200 meters from the Forum beach and the Port Forum. The Rambla of 4 km. The nearest metro station 7 minutes on foot. 3 bedrooms - one en suite, one bedroom with two beds and a bedroom with a bed. A total of 5 beds. Terrace of 13 square meters. Pool. Upon check-in, guests must pay a Tourist Tax of € 3,00 € for person/ night (excluding children under 16).
Parking 🅿 € 15 for day.
Late CHECK-IN from 19:00 to 21:59 EXTRA PAY 60 EUROS; from 22:00 to 23:59 EXTRA PAY 100 EUROS; FROM 00:00 EXTRA PAY 140 EUROS.

Lovely stay

This apartment is perfect for a family with teenagers with space for everyone and most importantly wifi! We could have done with a few more mugs to use the dishwasher effectively. Good location a short walk from the beach, hypermarket and metro with easy access to the centre of Barcelona. The pool is a nice addition but could get busy and it was a shame that not all the holiday makers respected the rules and the residents who live in the building. Overall we would recommend this apartment. Ch

Great location to enjoy the beach and easy access to highways

Our family spent 8 days at this vrbo. We really enjoyed our stay because we didn’t have to worry about driving through the city to get to the highways. If you plan on renting a car and want easy access to drive outside of the city, this is your place. The condo is located in walking distance to the mall and beach path. You do want to walk 1 mile to the nicer part of the beach. There’s a grocery store and cafe in the corner of this condo to make it convenient. Although the building is located next to the upscale business center, there are some areas near the location that are more middle to lower income. The only recommendation for improvement is to provide wifi.

Good location & excellent facilities.

Arriving by taxi from the rail station my fear was that we had landed in a fringe area. It did not take long to locate the superb beach just over a mile from the apartment,& the superb shopping centre and restaurant location- also about a mile away. Both are healthy walks; but the superb tram service makes them both only two tram stops away. The same tram service can whisk you to any part of Barcelona in about 15 minutes and using it becomes a holiday adventure in its own right. It would have been nice to have more than BBC World as an English Channel; but, otherwise, the flat cannot be faulted for equipment and the balcony provides the perfect spot for a sun- bathed breakfast or an evening sundowner. The pool is a very functional exercise pool; but also provides a nice sun trap if you want to avoid the trip to the beach. All in all, very satisfied.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Barcelona

Wir haben 5 Tage in den Herbstferien in der Wohnung zugebracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige entspricht der Realität. Der Inhalt der Küchenschränke ist Ikea level und könnte einmal ausgetauscht werden, war jedoch für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend.

Exactly as advertised!

Ideally located and aptly described, this convenient location right on two Metro lines and not far from other mass transit was also an easy five-block walk to the Barcelona Convention Center which was where our trip required us to be on a daily basis. We figured out the short walk to the beach the next-to-last day of our busy vacation, but it's another plus. We even found a few good local restaurants, including a great pizza place on the main promenade. It's not the ritzy tourist locations, but for someone looking for a place to stay while experiencing all of Barcelona, this more than met our family needs!

Super Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Barcelona

Super Ferienwohnung in einem 16-geschossigen Hochhaus in Sant Adria de Besos, einem ruhigen Vorort von Barcelona. Die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Metro und Straßenbahn sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, so dass die Innenstadt von Barcelona sehr leicht und schnell erreichbar ist. Es befindet sich auch ein großes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben benötigt. Gefehlt hat uns eigentlich nur eine Kaffeemaschine. Der nächste Strand liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, er antwortete auf unsere E-Mails immer sehr schnell.
