About this property

BEAUTIFUL VILLA, WITH POOL, 20 MIN FROM NICE

Our house is located in a quiet area, not overlooked, in the hinterland of Nice, in the middle of the greenery and olive trees, about 20 minutes from NICE, which allows us to be in the countryside while being close to town.
We are also a few minutes from the village and the shops located there (mini-market, butcher, baker, tobacco).
We have completely renovated our villa, we have a swimming pool, and a summer kitchen (barbecue, bread oven, plancha), as well as a garden with a play area for children (swing, slide, trampoline, hut).
We have a view on the castle of TOURRETTE-LEVENS, as well as on the surrounding hills, and in particular the Mont Chauve and the Mont Macaron which allow to make pretty walks.
We have been offering our villa for rent since 2014. With the arrival of our youngest, we took a break, and here we are!

Des vacances en famille parfaites.

Superbe villa avec vue imprenable sur le village. Parfaitement équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Parfait endroit pour découvrir la côte et l'arrière pays niçois. Un grand merci à Lionel et Alexandra pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Toute la famille recommande ce lieu pour les vacances.

A lovely villa in a sleepy town.

This is a beautiful property, decorated very tastefully and is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a wonderful pool and swings, and games for children. There is a brilliant outdoor kitchen area for eating outdoors (but cover up from those pesky mosquitoes!) The owners are simply gorgeous, always available to contact and will bend over backwards to help you out with anything you need. We had a lovely ten days in the villa, my husband enjoyed the cycling in the local area very much. There were 4 adults and 3 children sharing which was just right. My only minor complaint is that the local shops and restaurants are few and far between and seldom open. Should you wish to eat later on, or you've missed the limited hours of the Spar, then you need to travel into Nice. In Nice, however, you are spoiled for choice as there is a wide range of shops and places to dine. There are some lovely places to visit nearby also. I would recommend St. Paul de Vence, a lovely arty village but do give Eze a miss if you have a pram or mobility problems! I would happily go to this villa again.

superbe maison de charme avec une très belle vue, très belle déco provençale, jardin et piscine très agréables, beaucoup de goût, nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances idéales; la maison, grande (nous étions 6 dont 4 enfants) correspond exactement aux photos :-) et est idéalement placée, elle permet de rayonner facilement dans toute la Côte d'Azur. Nous reviendrons !

Absolutely Gorgeous

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The four rooms were perfect for us (three couple with 5 kids), the kitchen well organized, the garden clean with a lovely playground for children, quiet porch for lunch and dinner, plenty of shadow and sun as well, the swimming pool Amazing with a usefull alarm. Everything was perfect and the owner helpfull and very kind. I recommend this location to everyone who want a peacefull Holiday close to Nice and its nightlife.
