The apartment is located in the Marineledda village, a panoramic tourist facility with a free swimming pool (from 01/09 to 30/09) and beaches.
In the structure there are some services such as restaurant bar pizzeria, supermarket, newsagent / bazaar, possibility to rent moorings and rafts, (services guaranteed from 01/06 to 30/09)
The accommodation is ideal for couples, and families with children, large green spaces and many flowers make the location pleasant and relaxing.
The beach is only 30 meters away and is equipped with umbrellas for free use, possibility of mooring for small boats.
The accommodation has a double room, a third single bed located in the corridor, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a dishwasher, a TV, a large furnished veranda and two sun loungers with cushions.

Best holidays ever

Thank you, thank you, thank you Alessandro! We had the best Holidays we have ever had. The appartment was nice, clean, well equipped and the Location simply perfect. Stunning view, close to the beach, pool and bar. Very very friendly People. We have enjoyed every single Minute and were very sad when we had to leave. We will definitely come back next year. Magnifica vista

Vista magnifica con spiaggia a pochi metri da casa. Residence molto ordinato e tranquillo. Ristorante all'interno del residence marinaledda buonissimo! Per necessità varie c'è un market subito all'uscita del residence. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere belle spiagge (cala sabina, spiaggia bianca e cala Sassari a 10 Min di distanza). Alessandro e sua moglie molto gentili e disponibili.

La résidence idéale pour des vacances en famille

Un appartement confortable pour 3/4 personnes dans une superbe résidence avec très belle piscine et excellent restaurant. Vue magnifique sur la baie. Idéalement situé puisque l'appartement est à 20 mètre d'une jolie petite plage parfaite pour les enfants et les plus grands et géographiquement très bien placé pour accéder aux plus belles plages du nord de l'île. Accueil et obtention d'informations auprès d'Alessandro irréprochable, hôte très sympathique et disponible. De même pour le personnel du restaurant qui est très accueillant. Seul petit bémol mais des moindres, la situation du parking pour la voiture qui demande une petite marche pentue !

Posizione splendida, disponibilità di Alessandro squisita. L'appartamento è la base ideale per soggiornare a due passi da spiagge meravigliose se si vuole "esplorare", o per passare una giornata nella comunque bellissima spiaggia del residence a 20 metri. Piccola nota riguardante la manutenzione dell'appartamento: il fornello quasi in disuso, (funzionano 2 fuochi su 4 e non va il forno), prese e fischer che si staccano dai muri. Non bastano certo per rovinare il soggiorno o per cambiare il giudizio complessivo, ma basterebbe veramente poco per sistemarli.

Prachtig uitzicht.

Ligging en uitzicht meer dan perfect. Een auto is wel nodig. Mooi appartement met wel een verouderde keuken en een gevaarlijk hoog bed. Niet voor ouderen geschikt om in te klimmen via planken dat is jammer. Host Alessandro was heel erg behulpzaam en oprecht geïnteresseerd. Alessandro bedankt voor alles.

1 semaine de vacance en juillet 2018, endroit très joli belle vue la mer à 20 mètres de la location tout était impeccable juste 1 remarque sur l'équipement au niveau vaisselle qui mérite d'être amélioré le four qui marche pas et pas de micro onde un grille pain à moitié rouillé et des couverts pas très solide dommage il manque pas grand chose pour être parfait au prix de lal location un petit renouvellement de vaisselle ne serait pas du luxe. Heureusement l'endroit est magnifique.

Chers touristes grâce à votre avis plus utile pour améliorer. Dans la description de la maison il n'y a pas de four, le présent ne fonctionne pas, pour cette raison il n'est pas placé dans l'annonce, donc vous n'avez pas eu de désagrément car il n'est pas dans l'équipement aussi bien que le grille-pain. Je vais vérifier l'équipement pour améliorer le service de toute façon. Gentile turista grazie per la tua recensione sempre utile per migliorare. Nella descrizione della casa non è presente il forno, quello presente non è funzionante e per questo motivo non viene aggiunto negli accessori a disposizione della casa, così come il tostapane. Verificherò comunque le attrezzature per migliorare il servizio. Grazie Alessandro

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in Marinella and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The views from the patio area are breathtaking and you couldn't get any closer to the water if you tried. Great peaceful location but we would recommend hiring a car if you are visiting to get around and visit local towns such as Porto Rotundo. Allesandro was very helpful and a great host and made sure we were well looked after.

Wunderbares Appartment mit Traumsicht

Das waren zwei wunderbare Wochen in Marineledda.wir haben uns hervorragend erholt. Das Apartment war sauber, ordentlich und vor allem wirklich so wie auf dem Photo mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht und das wunderbar smaragdgrünblaue Wasser. Dazu die Blütenpracgt der Bourgonvilla, es war phantastisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder, Allessandro!

Precies zoals op de foto's

Mooi appartement, je krijgt wat je op de foto's ziet. Alleen de uitzichten vanaf je terras zijn vele malen mooier als op de foto. Erg leuk park met 2 prima restaurants. De ligging aan de zee is fantastisch. De omgeving is ook erg mooi. Appartement en Sardinië zijn zeker het aanraden waard.

superbe vue sur la baie!

points positif : cadre très calme et reposant aucune nuisance sonore ,la vue et plus que agréable ,la petite plage et à 30métres ,complexe très bien entretenus et propre ,piscine à 30 mètres aussi (attention bonnet obligatoire ! ou sinon en vente sur place 5euros) restaurant juste à coté de la piscine qui vous font des excellentes pattes et pizzas! et personnels sympathique et souriant ,les plages paradisiaque ne sont pas loin surtout celle du "prince à capriccioli" à voir !!! faire attention aux parkings payant car la police rode comme chez nous quoi!!! les points négatif: et oui il y en a , literie un peu limite car pas de sommier ! salle de bain vieillotte ,le four qui ne marcher pas, et la voiture qui faut garer en dehors du complexe (8mns de marche) . sinon les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis ,wifi, machine lave vaisselle et à laver ,fer à repasser . nous avons privilégier cette location par rapport à l'emplacement et nous n'en somme pas déçus !!! cordialement. serge.
