Nice apartment of 65 m2 on the ground floor comfortable, bright and bright overlooking a private terrace of 40 m2 for 6 people.
Ideal location, in a quiet street (free parking), to enjoy Concarneau on foot: the corniche and the beaches (100 meters), the lively downtown shops (150 meters), the historic site of the city- close, the fishing port, the marina, the coastal paths, departure for the Glénan islands .... Beautifully decorated, comfortable and functional for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

Le logement correspondait tout à fait à ce que nous désirions.

Tout d'abord un accueil chaleureux de Mélanie. Nous pouvions l'appeler pour tout petit problème, elle était très à l'écoute. Le logement était conforme à la description et très agréable. Le soleil aidant nous avons pu pleinement profité de la terrasse. Nous conseillons cette location. Encore merci à Mélanie.

Das Appartement in Concarneau ist perfekt gelegen. Kurzer Weg zu Fuss an den Strand, kurzer Weg zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Super Lage für die Entdeckung weiterer Sehenswürdigkeiten in der südlichen Bretagne. Die Angeben im Beschrieb und die Fotos stimmen mit den Bildern in echt überein. Die Wohnung ist hell und bei hohen Aussentemperaturen trotzdem schön kühl. Die Terrasse mit dem grossen Sonnenschirm begrüsste uns jeden Tag bereits zum Frühlstück. Wie im Beschrieb erwähnt, liegt die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster sind blickdicht. Ein privater Parkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung. Zugegeben, die Suche nach einem freien Parkplatz in der Hauptsaison war nicht immer amüsant.

un appartement très agréable

un appartement dans un immeuble ancien très agréable (même si on entend les voisins) propre et aménagé avec gout. Il est bien équipé, fonctionnel, et les placards où restent les bouteilles d'huile, paquets de pâtes entamés... sont très appréciables. Le stationnement est étonnamment facile et gratuit à proximité de l'immeuble malgré sa situation en centre ville de Concarneau. Concarneau est en plus une ville sympathique. Deux petits bémols : il y avait une invasion de fourmis dans l'appartement lors de notre séjour et nous avons eu un temps digne d'une caricature de la Bretagne : au moins 2h de pluie de par jour et des températures qui ne dépassent pas 20° alors que le reste de la France était en limite de canicule... (attention pour ceux que ça dérangerait : pas de télé ni micro_onde)

Appartement lumineux idéalement situé à deux pas du centre ville et des plages. Dans une petite rue calme.Décoré avec goût et simplicité. Literie de bonne qualité. Propreté impeccable.Cour intérieure avec terrasse très agréable et bien équipée (parasol, transat, barbecue, table....). Accueil sympathique avec un panier de produits régionaux. A recommander pour découvrir Concarneau et sa région.Grand choix d'activités. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour et nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement.

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables. L'appartement est idéalement situé. A 5 mn du centre ville et à 5 mn de la plage. Super terrasse ensoleillé, Bien équipé, pratique, propre, calme. Vive la Bretagne !!

Agréable appartement à Concarneau

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec notre petit fils de 2 ans 1/2 ! nous avons pu profiter de la plage à pied et des visites au centre tout proche... Très confortable et décoré avec goût, même s'il manquait le micro onde et la télévision, qui ne sont pas indispensables pour les vacances ! Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes de stationnement, pour cet appartement situé au centre ! Nous y reviendrons volontiers !
