There are many advantages of renting this house: 1) Its proximity with the beaches of Portonovo, just 10 min away; 2) the typical tranquillity of the countryside, away from populated areas (however, the convenient urban centres can be easily reached by a few-minute drive. 3) the possibility of a holiday by the sea and trips to Monte Conero at the same time. The apartment, in a house of stone, is ideal for 2 people (possibility of additional beds) and offers a direct access to the garden, where you will find deck chairs, umbrellas, and a garden table with chairs. The apartment has a large lounge with TV, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and roof covered with wooden beams. It has a double bedroom and one bathroom. The lounge has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.

Location is on top of a small knoll overlooking the sea. Apartment was lovely, host and her family were great, very attentive to any questions we had. Lots of space to park the car. We enjoyed two great dinners at L’Osteria in nearby Poggio. We are looking forward to returning to Catia’s apartment!!

We stayed with Catia and Pierfrancesco for six nights. They live on the estate. The journey went very smoothly thanks to the location provided to us via Google Maps. The beach is breathtaking, but the path there was a real challenge (very steep). The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the stay. Since construction work had been taking place in the house over the last two days, we received a small gift with local specialties. Last night, the two became grandparents. We wish everyone all the best for the future and good health. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, optimale Lage für Meer und Hinterland

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles sehr neuwertig. Praktisch: eine eigene Waschmaschine. Sehr schnelles W-lan. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns alles gut erklärt. Catia spricht sehr gut englisch, falls jemand nicht gut Italienisch kann. Gut sortierter Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gute Fischrestaurants in Portonovo. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse mit 4 Sitzgelegenheiten und 2 Liegen ist überdacht und spendet Schatten. Wer Sonne mag, geht auf die Rasenfläche. Informatives Prospektmaterial um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr schöner Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir wurden von Catja und Marco sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für Fragen war Catja immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. (nur das WLAN funktioniert leider nur im Schlafzimmer) Wir konnten den tollen Strand genießen und auch viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Zwei Wochen in wunderbarer Gegend

Wir reisen schon seit mehreren Jahren in diese Region und kennen die Region Marche sehr gut. Dabei waren wir jeweils in unterschiedlichen Unterkünften. Die Kommunikation zwischen Catia und uns verlief im Vorfeld der Reise tadellos und immer sehr schnell. Das Objekt befindet sich auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit Ausblick auf die hügelige Landschaft und das Meer. Was war positiv: sehr hilfsbereite Inhaber, schöne grosse gedeckte Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Tisch, grosse Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, Schlafzimmer mit gutem Bett/Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Anregungen: Wi-Fi ist etwas schwach (Terrasse kein Empfang, im Schlafzimmer am Besten). In anderen Unterkünften hatten wir jeweils eine Dokumentation mit Angaben wo die nächste Apotheke/Arzt ist, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Kehrichtentsorgung etc.). Das fanden wir jeweils sehr hilfreich und mussten so auch die Eigentümer nicht immer stören. Eine schöne Geste fand ich auch immer wenn eine kleine Flasche Rot- oder Weisswein in der Küche stand. Warum hier nicht mit einem lokalen Weinbauer zusammen arbeiten und etwas Werbung machen? Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Catia und Pierfrancesco

Posto bellissimo con le colline alle spalle e il mare davanti. Splendido paesaggio, spiaggia di Mezzavalle raggiungibile a piedi. Bellissima località di Portonovo a 2 chilometri di distanza. Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri cani...e tanto spazio anche per loro per belle passeggiate anche nei sentieri del Conero. Appartamento pulito con tutte le comodità. Schönes ruhiges Häuschen - bis auf den Hausstrand

Das kleine Steinhaus ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und alles auch zum Kochen vorhanden (bis auf Müslischalen :-)). Bettwäsche & Handtücher sind selbst zu waschen - aber Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden - Geschirrtabs sind selbst einzukaufen. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und die Aussicht ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Unsere kleine Hündin hat die Umgebung & Freiheit auch sehr genossen. Leider ist der Hausstrand (spiaggia mezzavalle) zwar zu Fuss erreichbar, aber extrem steil - unbedingt Wander/Sportschuhe tragen und ist nicht zu unterschätzen beim Runter-& Raufgehen! Auch für einen kleinen Hund nicht ungefährlich. Der Strand bei Portonovo ist mit dem Auto erreichbar, aber am Wochenende komplett voll und für jeden Parkplatz ist zu zahlen. Mit Hund ist der Strand beim Parkplatz Torro möglich und sehr schön. Und zu bedenken ist, überall, speziell am Wochenende im Restaurant vorher zu reservieren, sonst bekommt man keinen Platz! Unter der Woche ist es besser. Sonst ist die Gegend sehr naturbelassen und schön. Kleiner Supermarkt mit dem Auto ca. 15min. entfernt. Größere Einkaufsmärkte bei Ancona auch ca. 15 min. entfernt. Wir haben das Meer und die lauen Sommernächte im Garten sehr genossen und vermissen es schon jetzt!

Seele baumeln lassen in schöner Umgebung

Das Inserat hatte nicht zuviel versprochen. Die Wohnung war mit allem, was wir benötigt haben. Sehr genossen haben wir den sonnengeschützten Terassenbereich, der einem das Gefühl gibt Teil der wirklich wunderschönen Umgebung zu sein. Das Meer ist fußläufig innerhalb 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Und die Familie ist supernett und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wunderbar erholt. Und wir wollen auch wieder hin! Rundum tolle Erfahrung

Tolles Objekt, das sich perfekt gelegen, für Ausflüge aller Art eignet. Auch unsere Hündin hat den direkten Zugang zu den Feldern und den Freilauf sehr genossen.
