Four sleeps apartment, the beach just below and a marvellous view over the salt-water lake on the Pyrenees mountains . Large balcony facing the South West, living room with two sofa-beds and a single pull-out bed, kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a double bed , 1 bathroom. Cap Coudalere is part of Le Baracares resort located between the Mediterranean See and the Leucate marine lake in Pyrenees-Orientales, Languedoc - Roussillon, the Southern region of France near the Spanish border. The apartment is so close to the water, the view so large, sitting in the dining area of the second floor balcony you feel yourself on the desk of a boat. You can spend all your time on the balcony watching the activities on the lake whilst sipping a glass of local wine until the colored sunset behind the mountains. You will quickly discover one of the greatest European wind surfing spot. Coudalere is a car traffic free Catalane style village on a peninsula with small squares and green areas

Sejour agreable au Barcares en septembre

Logement avec une magnifique vue sur le lac marin. Le logement est simple mais fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse face au lac.

Très très bonne apréciation

L'appartement est très sympa, avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse. Le matin on peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse tout en regardant des personnes faire de la planche à voile ou du pandel. L'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. Le centre de Coudalère est animé tous les soirs, le restaurant "catalan" est très sympa surtout son plateau catalan.Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont bien expliqué comment arrivé jusqu'à l'appartement. Nous ne connaissions pas du tout ce coin de la France nous sommes ravis d'avoir passés 15 jours à Coudalère. C'est une adresse que je recommenderais à mes amis.

Très très bonne appréciation

Cet appartement est vraiment très sympa, il est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le matin on prend son petit dejeuner avec vue sue les personnes qui font de la planche à voile ou du padel. Le centre de Coudalère est animé tous le soirs et le restaurant catalan (je ne me rappelle plus du nom) avec ses plateaux catalans est vraiment très bien. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien indiquè le chemin avec des tas de documents sur la région dans l'appartement. C'est une location que je recommenderais à mes amis.

ruhige lage mit meeresblick und balkon, joggen direkt von der unterkunft weg möglich, prompte unterstützung der vermieter bei anfragen; gutes restaurant in unmittelbarer nähe (2 min gehweg), parken am gemeinschaftsparkplatz der siedlung zu jeder zeit völlig problemlos;

Un très bel appartement qui possède une belle grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l'étang et sur la montagne. Propriétaire très sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé pour faire nombre d'excursions intéressantes dans la région. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Le rêve en bleu

Nous avons découvert une presqu’île charmante à l’architecture originale. Appartement au bord de l’eau, confortable, propre, bien équipé avec un grand atout : la terrasse d’où la vue sur le lac et les montagnes est un spectacle permanent avec une luminosité et des couleurs très changeantes. On observe les bateaux de pêche, les voiliers, les planchistes, les parachutistes et même des Canadair en exercice. Magnifiques balades dans les Corbières, sur la côte, il nous faudra revenir pour explorer toutes ces ressources.

The apartment is located at the edge of the water , near beaches. You can practice water sport like swimming , surfing , sailing or just watch people from the balcony. The area is very peaceful and not crowded. The apartment is at the second floor, the off road parking is behind the building. The small harbour is surrounded with bars, restaurants and shops. There is a beach near the apartment where children can play and be watched from the balcony of the apartment. A twenty minutes walk allows you to reach the more than 10 km long Leucate Barcares beach. Just a few minutes drive away is the Catalan city of Perpignan. Picturesque towns like Collioure, Ceret and Figueres in Spain are beloved by artists. Barcelona is at a two hours drive.
