Centrally located with large gunite pool, huge deck, BBQ, woods, pool house, pool toys, outdoor shower, separate garage with bikes and beach chairs. The house has beach towels, badminton and more.
The renter has access to a private bay beach at the end of the road.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a master bedroom and bath with luxury fitting.
Large open living space with living room, dining room and fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Separate den with 55 inch tv and playroom with foos ball. Large laundry room with an extra fridge.
Pool house has a 4th bedroom with full bath, living area and a fridge.
The pool is heated.
Minutes to the beach, bay, Southampton Village and downtown Hampton Bays. This is the perfect summer rental for 2 to 3 families to share.
There is a private beach on Shinnecock Bay 3 blocks away that's perfect for stand-up boarding, kayaking and walking (low tide.)

Why they chose this property
This is a great home. Very artsy, it was designed by an artist who kept the gardens natural and expertly landscaped. The land was designed by the Frederick Law Olmsted landscape architect firm in the 1960's. The house is a typical mid century cottage: comfortable, clean and quiet. You feel like you're in the woods.
What makes this property unique
The house is down a private road yet minutes away from the beaches and town. It is a true family compound, with heated pool, pool house, with a full bath and bedroom, garage and over 2 acres of land. The house has a great open kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The house has games, bikes, foos ball and more beach towels you will ever need. The pool area has an outdoor shower, lounge chairs and a umbrella.
