Ideally located in the most touristic town of Martinique this T3 with jacuzzi will seduce you with its magnificent view, its calm and its proximity to the tip of the tip, its restaurants and bars, the beaches of Mitan cove and the 'anse à l'Ane, the typical village of the Three Ilets, the golf course, the Jack ranch. This T3 at the bottom of the villa is composed of 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet, all overlooking the terrace and the jacuzzi facing the Lamentin bay.

Logement et installations qui ont besoin de rafraîchissement (ex: terrasse avec plancher dangereux, écoulement des eaux de la douche qui crée de la moisissure dans le bas des murs, etc.). Mobiliers de la terrasse désuet. Belle végétation et excellente tranquillité.

Proximité de la mer

Bon emplacement pour découvrir le sud de la Martinique. Le logement pourrait être parfait si l on ne ressentais pas un manque d entretien général avec un meublé intérieur extérieur vieillissant. Dommage d'avoir eu un accueil très bref, on est sans doute tombé un mauvais jour. Nous avons, malgré tout, passé un bon séjour.

Super séjour

Merci beaucoup aux hôtes pour le sublime appartement avec une belle vue en hauteur sur la mer des Caraïbes. Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé dans un cartier tranquille. Un super séjour, cette île est magnifique.
