Very bright (double exposure).
Very large 8m2 terrace with sea and mountains, table and chairs.
Quiet top floor.
Natural ventilation (double exposure).
Beds: 1 double bed (140cm = 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (120cm = 1 adult or 2 children), open kitchen.
Completely redone in 2013.
SNCF station 3 minutes, airport bus stop 5 minutes. Located 15 ave de l'Esterel.
Great holiday!

Nette kleine Wohnung in guter Lage mit kleinen Abzügen

Wir waren zu dritt zwei Wochen lang in der Wohnung. Es ist eine 1-Zimmerwohnung im 6.Stock (mit Fahrstuhl). Von der Grösse her ist die Wohnung vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider hätte sie etwas sauberer sein können. Das Schlafsofa ist leider auch sehr durchgelegen und durchgesessen und von daher sehr unbequem. Auf dem Balkon kann man mit 4 Personen bequem sitzen und zwischen den Häusern auch das Meer sehen. Die Lage ist prima. Kurze Wege zu den privaten und öffentlichen Stränden, zu den Supermärkten und Bäckereien,....... und auch zu verschiedensten Restaurants. Auch der Ort selber ist gut gelegen, so dass man mit Bussen günstig nach Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, etc fahren kann. Der Vermieter selber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Très bien placé, on a tout fait à pied, plages et centre Juan. La gare SNCF est à côté, pratique pour aller à Nice et Cannes. Pas de clim, mais ventilation grâce à la double expo. Je recommande.
